For weight training I'm stronger pm than am, for cardio (if i do some) i rather get rid of it first thing in the morning

There's a lot of conflictual info on the internet but i'd like to know what works for you.
(I do know that activity and metabolism varies from an individual to another ...
would diet differ on aas, as one may say on bulking cycle eat anything in sight ... )

Hi NL ladies and gents
Tought I'd join to pick up new reads and ways.
Because experiences are stories of failure and sucesses.
Because doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result doesn't quite work.
That being said I'm far more a reader than a writer.
As It seems that NL is a nice community thanks in advance for the welcome.

Never saw anything like that, might try it out, obviously it works very well.
I've just went through the entire thread, very nice, lots of work and dedication.
