Well had an ultrasound Monday Dr called thay afternoon and told me I have a aneurysm on my left leg.... 
Just as I was starting to ramp up for a blast.
She says I can still work out but not very heavy just do half the weight and not to do legs.....
I guess I should be happy it's on my right leg and not my stomach or head and glad they caught it early.
I go for a catscan Friday and we shall see of it needs an operation or not, it's likely it will for more safety which that will set me back..
