Im new here but not new to the game so to speak. Tried a few fourms and everyone's just self centered and this day in age it best every sticks together.
Im almost 50 an in training currently on a bulk in my 2nd months. Currently weight at 223 , im 6 feet 4 inches.. body fats at 10.9% slowly climbing but given bulk im comfortable with this climb.
My goal is 233 by May and then cut
Anyways im here to swap ideas on gear, strategies, peptides, and other sups as I go.
I use now many of the bodytech line and haven't had anything out of the ordinary do to contrary talk from other websites and people.

Use the gym 2 x per day push/pull/leg
Cardio is limited to 10min on the staring stepper with 1 day devoted to a full 28 mins each week.
