You need to see your doctor that's who.
Anemia is a major medical condition that needs to be regulated with proper iron control, food and water intake, other supplementation, and potentially other medical comorbidities that may associate with it. While exercise and cardiovascular activity is 100% the best way to continue to go forward, you need to have medical supervision with this. Exercise can be a standard push/pull/legs combo and I would just base intensity on how you're feeling with each set - not much volume training. Otherwise, be medically cleared before you engage.

I’m really glad you listened to your body and took some time off. Being diagnosed with anemia can definitely affect energy levels, endurance, and recovery, so easing back into training is important.

When you return to the gym, I’d suggest starting with lighter weights and slightly lower volume for the first couple of weeks. Focus on controlled reps, good form, and avoid pushing to absolute failure right away. Anemia can sometimes cause fatigue, dizziness, or shortness of breath, so if anything feels off during a workout, it’s best to stop and rest.
Make sure you’re also supporting recovery outside the gym getting enough sleep, staying hydrated, and following whatever nutrition or supplementation your doctor recommended (iron, vitamin B12, etc.). That will make a big difference in how quickly your energy levels return.

Definitely recommend being under medical supervision if you do decide to train
