Finally getting better from the bronchitis. No more antibiotics for me! I did see the surgeon on Friday for my check up. He got my soft cast off and sent me for x rays again. My hand and wrist are looking good he says. The screw is holding well and there is only about a millimeter of bone that needs to fill in. So I have been put in a fibre glass cast now for another 4 weeks. Vortex has sent me some tb500 and bpc157 to help with my healing. I have never ran these peptides before but I have heard great things from everyone who has used them. Will keep you all posted with the healing. But once the new year starts I have been given to green light to train legs again. So I will be crushing legs 3 times a week and calves 4 times. This is the perfect time to grow some crazy huge wheels. Getting amped now!
