Cucumber Cottage Cheese Wraps

Light, crisp, and protein-packed

Ingredients:

1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)

1 large cucumber, thinly sliced or julienned

¼ red onion, thinly sliced (optional)

Directions:

Pat cucumber slices dry with a paper towel.

Spoon a small amount of cottage cheese onto each cucumber slice.

Top with a few red onion slices, if using.

Gently roll or fold into wraps or serve open-style as cucumber bites.

Optional Add-ons:

Sprinkle with black pepper or everything bagel seasoning

Add fresh herbs like dill or chives
