PL and wife fall 2020 training log

So this is fun:
I'm going for bloods tomorrow to check thyroid, getting an ecg done, and getting a holter monitor on hopefully soon for 48 hours.  Heart palpitations from T3 use has continued onwards 2 weeks after fully stopping.  Every 20-62 beats or so I Can feel a skip beat then a larger beat.  GP concerned for sure and needs me in ASAP to get checked out.  If it's continued factitious hyperthyroidism it'll level itself out eventually but I don't want a heart attack in the process.  Stay tuned...

That beind said, I got really lean and look good, and i'll put some progress pics of my 'completed' 12 week diet.

I used to get this all the time and every now and then it happens. Curious to see what your results are from the follow up tests.

palpitations every once in a while now are normal and are benign

mine are happening throughout the day every day, and have been for a month..even two weeks off the t3...so ya we'll see what happens

So here are the "Final" pics for my dieting.  As I sort through my health shit (had blood work today and ECG), i've now pulled back to just taking 500 mg test and 400 mg masteron, will ride that out for antoher month or so and then go back to full TRT until my endo appoint on dec 8.  I will continue my cardio 4-5x/wk, keep up the training now that we are going back into step 3 in ontario (full gym openings).

But my progress is still fantastic! Thoughts?

Hella impressive man. More so considering the timeframe and lack of a full gym.

Inspirational to fat asses like me.

Not bad at all brother. I’m definitely impressed. Stoked to see your next transformation. I’m def following along!

So I've been given a script for bisoprolol 2.5 mg as my heart is acting up with all day random premature ventricular contractions. Went to the hospital last week and was given full scan overs. All my bloods are 100% perfect, my heart is fine (athletic enlargement but within normal limits), but my ECG shows this weird shit. We don't know if it's from all the stress I have in life or if from some other source. The meds have worked and I rarely get a skip now. Training is reduced as I'm not allowed to exceed 120-130 BPM. But I'm still lean and following the diet and training. Weight at 207 lbs. Pretty much where I want to be.
