Hi All,
Just turned 40 and coming off my first major leg injury so it's been all upper body for the past 6 months or so. While this has resulted in large gains in my upper body, the wheels are now the smallest they've been since I started lifting in high school.
Was B&C prior to the injury but decided to come off for the surgery. Looking to hop back on soon as the leg tells me it's ready to go.
I like the layout of the new board and thanks for having me.
Pre/Post workout meals

For pre workout I like a cup of coffee and chug some dextrose (20g) and lite salt.
For post workout I just go with my normal prepped food. Usually rice and either chicken or beef with veggies.
