    I didn’t think so. That’s definitely not a palumbo cycle. His would be 1000 test and two anabolics at 500.I do like Dave’s nutrition tho. Except keto... I’ll only go keto to prime for growth. For some reason I thought Dave was your coach, must be thinking of someone else.

     

    John Meadows IMO is one of the best coach out there. Up there with Rambod.

    as far as gym I just buy cheap tanks and shorts, they get so ratty from the gym. Plus I’m not really into the whole “gym style” thing. It just makes me think of people decked out in like gym shark gear sitting on a piece of equipment on their phone at the gym taking up space. 

    Man.. 100% agree about the gym style thing. Gym sheep clothing drives me nuts. As you pointed out, a certain kind of person wears that. The same kind thinks putting up a gym selfie on social media is the purpose for the workout.

    Tailored clothing eh? That’s a good call.

  5. I’d like to add to this, as I’m curious.. especially as to how the bigger guys feel

     

    At a public gym what is your attire? Once upon a time I’d only be seen in stringers and sleeveless shirts. Now I’ll only wear hoodies. As a gentleman with some decent size I find everybody stares at me and it makes me uncomfortable. At first I took it as a compliment, now I hate it. How do you people react to the staring?

  7. 60kg press? Nice man! Not many men can.

    I know the urge to cut cals or crank cardio is strong, but your doing great. Lower cals to much and you risk catabolism. Increase cardio and when you do stall you’ll be living on the treadmill. 1kg a week is great, your body is getting used to being lighter, less chance of weight gain after the cut.

    If you do find yourself hungry all the time some veggies or if youre like me Diet Coke can help.. with minimal impact. 
     

    Have you thought about adding an oral? Var or winny, maybe some tbol?

    I think it will come down to personal preference and results. 

    For sure dude. You’d almost have to use a slin pin for 25mg shots. Measuring a 25mg shot on a 3cc would be down to a hairline. Half would even get stuck in the tip. If she’s using bt it would be migliol as carrier? May be wrong, but if so, that stuff flows like water.
