  1. Thank you both for speedy follow up with this issue. I did send @CapeBretonDadBodall the emails and receipts, but I can send it to you as well.
  2. Trust me, I'd rather not go through all this headache. But thank you for the guidance. I would be happy to communicate with their support (no reply, even on here), or your support staff if you guide me in the right direction. Please let me know the contact to your support staff so I can work through the process.
  3. I have used their services for 3 years. However, my recent experience has been very frustrating. I made an order on September 4th. Usually I would receive a tracking number immediately and then my package within a week. Unfortunately in this circumstance, they were very speedy to confirm my payment; but then completely avoided any follow up. No tracking number. No responses to my emails. Nothing. I waited a month, hoping I would still receive my items. I did not. I then emailed on their store and the original two emails I had. I received a response saying they would look into the issue and ship it out immediately. I received that response almost a month ago now. No follow up tracking number. No response to any other emails. Nothing. Again. Please be VERY cautious with this provider now. I will update if they every actually ship my product or follow up - but this has been by far the worst service I have received from them. I can post all emails, communication and verify everything, if it is needed as well.
