  1. Well I was gonna take this year off to gain a large amount of muscle mass (I was 226lbs last year onstage and was told to get to 240lbs to be at the next level). But seeing how I'm going on a course in South Carolina in 2 weeks for 3.5 months I'm gonna be prepping now. At first I thought I couldn't do it but the more I thought about it the more it actually turned into the perfect scenario. I'll only be in class for 3 hours in the morning, my own room/kitchen, no responsibility of taking care of my own household (and as much as I'll miss them) my kids will be here with my wife. I'll be given $100/day for food and no nothing else to do but train. So as of right now I'm aiming for the King Kong classic Nov 12th in Toronto, hope you guys will enjoy the updates.

  2. Well the show is over, happy with how I looked just extremely stacked class and I ended up 4th. Not disappointed in myself, of course I would've liked to place better but only I can do that is to improve now in the off-season. I weighed 226.8lbs at the weighins, and somehow that made me one of the lightest in my class

  3. I never understood why (before I finish my sentence, Dack1975 this is not a knock on you or your wife) ppl keep thinking winny is a fat burner. Yes it is ideal for ppl who are trying to lose weight due to it won't add excess water to you and makes you look harder, but the compound itself does not burn fat.

  4. I don't know about you guys but during prep I try to make most of my meals seem like it's not prep food. For example I'll make French toast with egg whites, stevia, vanilla extract, cinnamon and whole wheat toast, yes I keep bread in. Taste like heaven and I get 50g protein each time I do it. What's everyone's go to?
