im planning on starting Syn Labs Torch (combination of Caffeine 40mg, Green tea extract 25mg, Vinpoectine 9mg, Yohimbine 3mg, Albuterol 3mg) Im 19 years old, 5’8 and 175 pounds; looking to burn off a decent chunk of fat. I have a pack of 48, so plan to run it till i finish. Not too sure how many i should take a day, or when i should take them specifically; i am kind of new to all this. Was hoping to get some advice or suggestions if anyone has!
