New hear and wanted to start some discussion. Im about to run test and deca together for the first time and was curious of peoples exerpinece with ratios. I usually get some sides at around the half way point of a 12 week 500mg/week test cycle but manage them fairly easily with some nolva/aromasin. Basically Im curious of someone like myslef tends to get some sides (sensitive nips, a bit of acne) on test alone whats your recommendations when adding deca in? Ratios, anncileries, expecatitions etc.!
