  1. currently taking 500 mcg upon waking up waiting 1 hour to do fasted low intensity cardio?  is 30 mins okay or 1 hour i was told to wait to start cardio?

     

    can i eat right after cardio or wait 1 hour post cardio to eat?

    also read 1000 mcg is when magic or best results happen? 

     

    is it a waste to take before bed without cardio? so many people do this and say it works.
