[SIZE=17pt]This log will be made while using Bodytech gear only. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=17pt]This log will be primarily an experiment. This will consist of the same diet and training I’ve always done, only difference will be the gear used. Main objective: get huge. It will be fun to see the progress, stay tuned. I have just now done my first injection of all bt gear. This is what I injected and what my cycle will look like. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=17pt]500mg test e (1mlx2 perweek)[/SIZE]
[SIZE=17pt]900mg eq (1.5mlx2 perweek)[/SIZE]
[SIZE=17pt]300mg deca (.5mlx2 perweek)[/SIZE]
[SIZE=17pt]50mg dbol ed [/SIZE]
[SIZE=17pt]25mg accutane ed [/SIZE]
[SIZE=17pt]1mg adex eod[/SIZE]
[SIZE=17pt]Keep in mind I’m just recovering and coming back from a long time off of gear and training. Also keep in mind the gear will change through out the log, but the lab will never changed. I will be using bt and bt only for the entire duration. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=17pt]My nutrition will start at 4 meals per day and one shake post workout. With roughly and 80/80/20 split with slightly a bit more carbs. This will be upped by one meal every time I plateau or feel as though I’ll plateau soon.[/SIZE]
[SIZE=17pt]Sleep is always 8+ hours per night, and my stress levels are low at the moment. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=17pt]Training is fairly instinctive but I have a certain day for every muscle group. I usually take one day off and repeat my split that goes like this:[/SIZE]
[SIZE=17pt]Back [/SIZE]
[SIZE=17pt]Chest [/SIZE]
[SIZE=17pt]Legs [/SIZE]
[SIZE=17pt]Delts [/SIZE]
[SIZE=17pt]Arms [/SIZE]
[SIZE=17pt]Sometimes I’ll throw bis on the end of back day and tris on the end of chest day. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=17pt]As for progress pics, which makes a log that much better of course, I will try and upload ones taken in the same spot every time. I have a few places with crappy lighting in my place but it will have to do. These will really show my progress! [/SIZE]
