I don’t do delta too regularly m, but a ways I decided to do another.

i just couldn’t keep the pin stable and it was wobbly. Now the pip is minor however there’s a bubble/swelling between my bicep/triceps and shoulder.

anything to worry about?

thanksp

Id just keep an eye on it for the next couple of days. you obviously tore more muscle fibers than you needed to by having the pin move around so much. Been there. Unless it starts it starts to get red and warm, i wouldn't worry about it for now as it seems its mostly irritated from the unstable shot. Also if you didn't shoot deep enough and was on an angle it could be the gear starting to dissipate. Just keep an eye on it dude and see how it feels by the next couple days
