I loved everything BT and I have used their stano, in fact using it now pre-workout. I am not running anything crazy but a pill of var and stano and a bit of test and mast. I haven't trained at a gym for a long time now due to COVID and only started working out at home about a month ago slowly. So it works great for me now too. However when I was at the gym, I know that it meant as much as 10-20lbs on dumbbells in some exercises when I took 2 pills.
