I'm happy to have found this board again. I was gone for a while living life and fixing myself. Had some health issue to deal with. Currently 47 years old Weighting in at 228lbs 17% Height is 73" Trt for years and just returned to BB a year ago. Currently on a moderate cycle for me. If you knew me from the past you'll know I cycled high back then. I experienced some heavy atrophy when I became ill, I dropped from 254 to 198lbs and have since then started to bounce back nicely.
