  1. Well after a few set backs I'm now prepping for my next show. Last show I did I was happy with my condition but truth be told I wasn't happy with my size. I had been just ok'd to train again after my 4th major (with countless minor) concussion after 4 months of not allowed to do anything when I decided to compete (and I mean wasn't allowed to train, work or leave my room for the first month and then training was the last thing ok'd). I lost 50lbs and weighed 210lbs the day I started lifting again and managed to step onstage at 218lbs. Here's a pic from my last show, looking forward to seeing how I do this time.
