  1. I posted my order photos not too long ago, but its been a few weeks since I've been using the tren, anavar, and Stanalone. Im currently in a caloric deficit and training powerlifting. My strength is aggressively rising and I'm getting leaner at the same time. Yes, my diet is on point, but these drugs are making a huge difference. I was sitting at 240 on the dot, morning weight post pee. Im down to 233 morning weight, looking larger and leaner than before.

    Test is at TRT dose. Tren 400mg/week, anavar 50mg per day, stanalone 40 mg/day.

  2. Alright friends.... If you haven't used this recipe before, you're in for a treat. Its copy+pasted from a site online, but its originally from a loony spoons cookbook. I just ate some and it reminded me to share with the community. Obviously its tweakable for the amount of chicken you use. Enjoy

     

    • 3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 12 pieces)
    • 3/4 c. ketchup
    • 1/2 c. salsa
    • 1/4 c. honey
    • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
    • 1 tsp. chili powder
    • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    • 1 tbsp. cornstarch

    STEP 1

    In a medium bowl, whisk together ketchup, salsa, honey, Dijon mustard, chili powder, and cumin until well blended. Pour sauce over chicken. Turn pieces to coat both sides with sauce.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400 F. for 45 minutes. When chicken is done, arrange thighs on a serving platter and keep warm. Pour sauce into a small saucepan, skimming off as much fat as possible. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with 1 tbsp water until smooth. Add to sauce. Bring to a boil, and cook until sauce thickens, stirring constantly. Pour extra sauce over chicken or serve it on the side as a dipping sauce.

  3. Hey @Physlifter. Didn't want to start a new thread for this question... How long do you stop a blast before getting TRT bloodwork? Am i reading that correctly that you cruise back at 200mg for 3 months prior to getting your blood pulled? If you were running prop or acetate esters, would you be comfortable with less time due to half life etc? I know its not a black and white answer, more so just wondering your opinion?

    I love those for both cutting and bulking... but if i just had one compound besides test, it would be tren without question for bulking and cutting.

    That’s unreal. I’m gonna have to give it a shot. I’ve got some bunged up shoulders from years of rugby. I had a thickness tear of my supraspinatus tendon which has been has never been the same since.

    I finally did get my first decent shoulder workout in and I could hold a 30 lbs dumbbell and do laterals! Was really happy with it! Still plugging at work but literally as soon as I get my labs done again next week I'm back on to finish my bottles. 

    Did you get back to finishing the bottle? How’s the elbow?

    You do not not “need fat to burn fat”. A low-moderate amount of fat is required by the body for overall health and balance, so I 100% agree to make sure you’re getting some in there, but this idea that you need fat to burn fat is cult-like and is not supported in literature (neither is fasted cardio, but that’s a whole other can of worms https://jissn.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s12970-014-0054-7 )  . I do also agree that your fats are low. Hit up an online macros calculator to get a rough estimate of what you need to eat.

    You need to find your Total daily energy expenditure and Then  put yourself in a 500-750 calorie deficit per day (750 is pushing the upper end, but at that weight and bf% it can be afforded to start). A good place to start would be at 0.8-1g per pound of body weight in grams of protein and 0.3-0.4 grams of fats per pound of weight, the additional calories left over would be carbs. For example (0.8x300=240grams protein, 0.4x 300=120grams fats. 240g x 4cal=960 calories + 120g x 9cal= 1080 calories. Total 2040 calories. Take your total daily energy expenditure less the 500-750 calories, subtract 2040 calories and that number will be your remaining calories. Divide that number by 4 and you have your grams of daily carbs).

    You need to be in a caloric deficit to burn fat - plain and simple. Hopefully that makes some sense and points you in the right direction.

    I can add strength extremely easily genetically...i figured tbol would likely give me more size and fullness than anavar.  It's worked out well so far.

    Spiked my BP right away but I'm on a super low dose ACE inhibitor now and BP is literally perfect (120-125/75-80)

    Totally get wanting to try something new. Everyone responds to compounds differently so you may just love it. 

  9. Looking good for not touching the gear pal. If it were me, I’d hold off because of age and your bloodwork results. Have you used any prohormones?  Your test is super low, plain and simple. No tea tree oil or soy is gonna make your test that low at 22 unless you’re crushing bricks of tofu on a daily basis (and still, not gonna do it).  I do agree that you absolutely should be getting more bloodwork done to verify and get to the bottom of whatever is causing your hormones to be so low before starting a cycle. When something affects quality of life you need to figure that out. It’s uncommon but not impossible to have low test at your age. If your doctor is not listening to your symptoms, get a new one.  Other than that, keep up the good work

    I handle sides VERY well.  Ive run test as high as 3g or 3.5g/wk in the past and tren ace as high as 1400 or 1750mg/wk.  This will be my 8th or 9th cycle.

    My general plan is as follows (but depending on my results this can be altered):

    Tbol @40mg/day (wk1-3)

    Tbol @60mg/day (wk4-6)

    Sustanon @500mg/wk (wk1-20)

    Masteron E @500mg/wk (wk1-7)

    Masteron E @600mg/wk (wk7-12)

    Masteron E @700mg/wk (wk13-20)

    Aromasin @6.25mg/day (wk1-20) (seems like a lot especially combined with the masteron which may have mild anti E properties. But so far so good at 20 days in)

    Melanotan II @ various dosages.  (Entire cycle) -Helps raise my insulin sensitivity I suppose.  All I know is when I add MT2 I lose weight easier and hold on to more muscle.

    Superdrol @20-30/day (wk 17-20)

     

    ALSO IF FUNDS ALLOW....

    MK-677 @ 25MG/DAY (entire cycle)

    Igf1 DES @ 40-80mcg bilaterally mid workout (Entire cycle)

     

     

     

    Im currently 20 days in and just starting to feel like Superman starting 5 or 6 days ago.  So far so good although the tbol makes me feel kinda shitty after I take it.  Even taking it in spread dosages versus all at once.  But I'll make due.

     

    Questions

    1.  What do u think of this masteron dosage?  Ive never ran mast before. Some say no point in going over 500mg/week.

    2.  If ur goal was to cut/recomp and u were running test+mast+tren...how would u set up your dosages?

    Honestly I like progressively upping doses in long cycles and think this looks okay. Tren for 20 weeks would kill me though. I’d use EQ instead of mast though! Tbol doesn’t do shit to me, I’d take anavar or winny instead without a second thought.

  11. You should be dropping 1-2 pounds per week at that amount of calories, what are your macros? If you are visibly looking leaner I wouldn’t rely only on the scale though. You could be building muscle as well even on such low calories

    Agree with ya here. So many people do IF and eat like slob because they’re very misinformed. I personally don’t like IF, the same thing (fat loss) can be achieved through a caloric deficit and eating proper macros. However,  I’m a big fan of doing whatever fits your lifestyle and something that you can adhere to, and if it’s intermittent fasting, have at er.
