Day 5 weighed in this morning at 182 . which is odd because i been eating a crap load of food the last 5 days since starting . i’m talking 4k cals a day . but i feel 10lbs bigger in all the right places if that makes any sense.. so i must be losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time. because i started at 183lbs. i’m not even super dry or anything ... also i’m extending the sust to 10 weeks now instead of 6.5 weeks because i felt that was too short . no sides to note besides , low blood sugar attacks at random. esepcially toward the end of a workout. sucks. keep granola bars on hand because you’ll be in a shitty feeling until you get some carbs if you don’t bring them everywhere u go. i’ve controlled the blood pressure sides to almost unnoticeable with some extra hawthorne berry it seems, but i do already take a prescription that controls blood pressure for diff reasons so that’s definitely helping me as well i bet.
  2. Every morning i get up early and ride a mountain bike around for 5 miles or so depending on the weather , for some mild cardio. I don’t take my heart rate too crazy but do push it slightly uphill sometimes and get a nice burn here and there. defintely no HIIT style ... just a steady light/moderate pace. i usually then come home, eat my first large meal. then i’ll take a nap for about 2 hours or so and then go to the gym when i wake up. My training style is very simple admittedly.. i hate overthinking basic things, it really makes me annoyed very quickly . Basically my approach is I left as heavy as possible on whatever area i chose for the day, based on how that muscle area feels recovery wise. For ex. - chest/arm day, like yesterday ... i do 3 heavish sets , 6ish reps of incline bench , while lifting a 45lb plate with my traps inbeteeen sets as a wait for my lifting partner to finish...then do some isolation machine work like 3 sets 10-15 reps...just whatever machines i feel like on that day. i take rest days at random . I don’t like a lot of overhead dumbbell stuff because i’ve dislocated both my shoulders in life from fighting , right shoulder 2x, left shoulder 1x...so i try not to strain them if i don’t need to. It’s funny how people don’t ever teach you how fragile shoulders are in fights btw. the second time i accidentally dislocated it MYSELF just from my punch . jeez. i see robot shoulder in my future if this happens again. again i don’t over complicate things, i like to keep it caveman simple so i don’t need to use my brain just all muscle while lifting. i guess i really go by pure feeling and not based off a routine or written program. which is less efficient but by a negligible amount in my case . .... my dumbass training partner is the compete opposite .. he follows these retardedly complex drop sets dropping like 10 lbs every set like 10 sets its so pointless ... just swapping off weights the entire time. i told his ass he can do that himself and now he just gets me if he needs a spot. funniest part is he cruises 500mg test and only lifts like 1x per week and has no diet. but goes OCD the one day he comes to train with me. smh
  3. Day 3 - okay today is the 3rd day of dosing the superdrol , first day was 20mg , then the last 2 days i’ve been taking the full 30mg. Again i feel big pumps all day , very tight and strong esepcially after eating a nice meal. even i noticed my abs are even getting harder and more pumped and i haven’t even worked than since the first day . i also notice you are always hungry on superdrol. i’ve eaten a full plate of food with a drink , around 800 cals most likely , and i’ll be thinking about snacks within a hour or so after finishing the meal. i definitely disagree with ppl who claim superdrol kills your appetite. that’s just a side effect of being too toxic in general . superdrol DOES however make you little lazy at times, seemingly for no reason you will rather just rest when you had just took a nap a few hours ago it is still early on but other than the slight increase in blood pressure i feel amazing and very strong . i’m being careful not to get too much ego in the gym and go for something heavier than i should be
  4. you may be right, but i felt this mix with the shorter eater would help it kick in faster. i already bought the bottles so can’t switch anything for now but i’ll keep that in mind , i’m gonna get a crap load of test E soon here actually, never used it before just Test C, Test D , and now the Sust . but i’ve read that test E is basically just the bread and butter of every good cycle , can’t go wrong adding it to anything with its versatility
  5. hehehehe that ash comment was funny i like that. i am getting a bit unhealthy but only for a month so i think it’ll be fine unless something comes up then i’ll just adjust from there but i do feel very healthy from the rehab month after that DNP. i’ll definitely keep it for a rainy day in the far future because i’m actually not too confident my body has had enough time to handle another cycle of it , YET. i do however feel it’s recovered enough to handle a short blast cycle like this one . i’m trying a short approach thrown in with long cruises after

DIET i’m aiming to put on serious mass with this short cycle and therefore i’m eating dirty bulk...which is usually a horrible idea and will lead to fat gains quickly, unless you happen to be on superdrol 30mg ... everything is utilized as energy for new mass on this amazing compound. i’m eating as many burgers , fries , and milkshakes as i can without getting sick. I do usually make my own at home , make the burgers in olive oil and pat them dry, mix in 50g protein isolate into the milkshake , etc. probabaly gonna get a lot of flame for that but hey...this is how you hit 4k calories every single day. it’s not gonna do jack shit to me by only eating this way for a month or so, besides enabling me to get jacked as fuk. i also got DNP leftover, which i now really don’t like using unless i really have to , since how potent it is ...but I will have it just in case i put too much extra fat on . I very much doubt it will be needed , most likely i’ll only put on a few lbs of fat i can easily burn off over time.
  7. yo guys long time no updates from me so figure i’d host a new log and throw some 88 back up in the hizzle. after my dnp cut i was feeling small and weak and admittedly hated being 20lbs lighter even if it was 90% fat loss. i’ve been reading some different “underground” bulking techniques since then, and have come up with a new cycle i just started 3 days ago. 30 mg superdrol for 3 weeks (10mg 3x per day) 750mg sust250 per week for 6.5 weeks (250mg every 2 days) so , so far on day 3 , only thing to report is the superdrol is slowly kicking in more and more each dose. every dose makes me eventually notice increased strength , permanent pumps all day which are getting more and more solid as my glycogen stores increase, and lastly a side effect, noticeable increase in blood pressure but nothing bad to worry about..it’s very manageable so far. supps: coq10 hawthorne berry d3, b12 starting pic 183lbs
  8. the only problem for me is, 2 things. 1 , i recently found out i’m lactose intolerant, so milk or whey give me insane stank ass for the rest of the night. I’m talking just my body just farting out hellllla gas for no reason at all, bloated like i just ate a buffet . 2nd problem is i’m allergic to peanuts , so no peanut butter. my shakes are therefore much more boring and centered on fruits / oats / protein powder....milk was my only thing that made it taste good but i can’t drink it anymore smfh. and that’s a lot less calories without milk too...pisses me off. i was given good strength genetics but veryyy bad allergenic genetics on both sides of my family . thank god i didn’t get my dads allergies , he can’t even eat chicken or eggs.
  9. i was thinking, and honestly am gonna just run the superdrol itself at 20mg for 4 weeks. don’t wanna risk the anadrol stack making me feel like trash on top of superdrol lethargy . so i’m gonna save the anadrol for next time . i actually didn’t send the funds for it so i can still back out from even getting the anadrol, but part of me still wants to pick it up to keep on hand 🖐
  10. i’ve been drinking homemade frozen fruit smoothies with maqui powder and amla power, 2 very powerful antioxidants found in nature. I also drink a “veggie” shake with v8 “antioxidant” blend as a base, and add moringa leaf and tumeric. both miracle herbs with amazing health benefits. i shall add in the pomegranate and cranberry, thanks for the advice. i’m always looking for any healthy additions / modifications to my diet

  12. well, I already ran superdrol long ago as a prohormone back when i was 18, and i used anadrol on my first cycle, so I wanted to stack them and do a big 1 month mega blast. of cvourse ur gonna feel a bit shitty as usual from anything that isnt test, but ive heard you can get epic gains and synergy with using both if you can ignore the lethargy.

  14. it’s not really about the discipline , i was just listening to someone giving me wrong advice to eat that way for maximum strength , but i forgot he literally doesn’t give a damn about his health , noticed i was gonna get unhealthy as hell and now i barely even eat red meat.
  15. yea i told her she’s utterly retarded and has trash DNP if she can take those amounts , she’s living in a fantasy world and gonna make some 120 lb girl take 600mg cycle and straight up die.... i mean even me using 400mg was pushing it at 200lbs .... but no claimed she knows more than me. I told her I wanted to see what she’s looked like after multiple DNP runs and put up my pic after 1 400mg cycle for comparison and she of course deflected and didn’t post anything. thabk god this forum actually taught me how dangerous this stuff is and i didn’t learn from the dumbfuck fattys on reddit that have no idea how to do anything but order and swallow the DNP

  17. hey guys didn’t get any of these notifications, just seeing them now. I am pretty happy for sure, i mean it was in 9 days, there’s only so much you can do in that time, but I am for sure noticeably leaner and feel much better at this leaner weight . defintely didn’t get as lean as i wanted, but again that’s because i had to cut the cycle short .. still was a total success as a mini cut though! I think i will listen to the advice , and also i was planning this myself , basically just cruise dose test on a small deficient for a couple months , re-assess my physique , and then consider another run with the DNP at that point. i’m very hesitant though because of how bad i know i will feel ... I almost feel as if the slower results without the DNP are much better than feeling horrible for weeks while getting shredded....it defintely works for fat loss, but i’m not so desperate for fast results as to make myself ill on purpose ....at the same time maybe just another 9 day burst would be do - able . idk.

  19. any recommendations on where to go from here? just “cruising” at 250mg test per week and nothing else right now. Should I do another mini cut in a month and go back to maintenance for now , or maybe keep cutting without the DNP and just keep low cals? Or am i lean enough to clean bulk again? Probably not idk.

  21. yea that’s my bad for not taking the advice more seriously it’s not out of disrespect it’s just , you guys know i’m stubborn and think i know better when sometimes i don’t .. i’m just a bit arrogant i guess . i cant help it srsly lol...but for sure have learned the hard way this time and will take your advice as well as a few others much more seriously after seeing how right they were. I’m beating myself up a bit knowing i could’ve had a way smoother cycle if i listened word for word but i had to put my “minimal” spin on things and fuck it up. at the end of the day atleast i lost a lot of weight. I’m gonna weight myself tomorrow and post pics i think , physique seems to have stabilized here . I’ve lost almost no muscle at all, prob 10 lbs of fat. i’m just flat still but still look pretty decent didn’t get to 6pack in 9 days obviously with that dense chub i had , but the outlines of my ab structure are coming in.
  22. thank you for the advice , yes i should’ve followed your plan i’ll keep it copied for next time for sure... was dumb and thought it was just extra stuff but now i see it’s very much a requirement to follow that EXACT routine, had i did i probabaly would’ve been fine for the full 14 days but o well! thabks again for the kind words i’m already feeling almost 100% like myself again, shit just got gnarly as HELL for a second there !! i mean makes sense i felt like shit i was deficient in vitimins ... minerals... electrolytes ... so fore sure not blaming DNP. I just underestimated it and it kicked my ass . I’ll battle the dragon again in a couple months at 200mg for like 20 days or something, and do it perfectly next time. edit- wow i literally did the opposite of everything you told me fuck i feel dumb right now LOL i literally had no hope of ever not feeling like shit .. didn’t drink or do any drugs but some schweed, had i even tried i probabaly would’ve died for sure lmao no additional stress was possible
  23. please if you guys could let me know where i fucked up the most and what was the likely culprit for the toxic feeling in only 9 days. -started at 400mg , possibly didn’t let my body have time to adjust properly ? -i didn’t take a multi , even tho i had one...dumb, but didn’t think it would matter that much -i drank about .75 gal of water daily realistically. was this maybe the main cause of my problems? just extended dehydration the entire time? - i was lazy with the v8 juice and electrolytes. pretty much thought water itself would do the job. again even tho i had the shit on hand. smh..could the electrolyte imbalance cause this bad of feelings? - i wasn’t eating enough due to feeling toxic which made me have constant low blood sugar and feel horrible i know it could be all of any of them but which is the most vital part that will make u feel like trash if you are lazy with it? @Ryujiin @BodyTechPharma
  24. okay good call brother! i’ve been just eating super clean the last few days and feel better each day as the shit clears out more and more..also, dunno if you guys had this problem on dnp, but i was shitting like small soft turds all damn day , my asshole was getting fucked up from wiping it too much. My digestion was ALLLL fucked up from weak stomach to constant gas / basically symptoms of irritated bowl syndrome. and don’t forget the bacteria imbalance it caused in my mouth when swallowing the capsule , even after i wipe every pill down and take it with milk. honesrly i will be hard pressed to even try this stuff again, it’s literally just poisoning yourself...every time i dose my mind is literally just aware it’s about to ingest and process some poison, and it makes you sick if you don’t try your hardest to ignore it... There IS a small small chance my bloodwork was already bad before the run and this was the icing on the cake, but since i’ve just been running light stuffs for about 6 months only. i highly doubt it, seems much more likely it’s the toxic dnp making me feel bad. also the fact i felt amazing and full of energy before running dnp. now i’m praying to return back to that well being the toxic sides are no joke and are understated. they are worse than the heat itself. idk guys something about this tells me if you use it too much your gonna get permanent internal damage in random parts of your body, it’s pure genetics what goes wrong when . and unfortunately i don’t think im willing to feel like death to trade for less time . before, I was . but THIS FEELING on dnp is WORSE than how i felt on my death bed after being revived. THAT IS NOT AN OVERSTATEMENT. ever want to feel the pain and suffering of consuming poison like you used to see in old cartoons? probabaly not , but that’s what your gonna feel, like you just chugged some bathroom cleaner. currently each day i improve like 10% i’m feeling, so i was at like .... 50% HP when i was at the peak of my cycle and had to stop. right now i feel about 80% , still for sure got random lethargy , heart rate , dnp breathing symptoms but the heat has gone away completely and the residual stuff is just making its way out any additional thoughts on my observations? I’d love any input even if it’s opposing to mine. as long as nobody is disrespectful i love talking all day about this stuff.
  25. would you guys repmmcmend maybe some ibuprofen for the anti-inflammatory effects, or is that not seem necessary and just continue with the fruit / veg / water and do it the natural way?
