Hi guys and gals. I picked this up a little while ago. Decided to get rid of  it because it doesn't fit my area and I'm not using it enough. It is great condition. I got it for free, so I'm also giving it away free. The only thing I ask is that the person who gets it actually needs it and will use it and not sell it. As simple as this seems, I am actually mad at myself for not thinking about this. Thank you Ryujiin for making my life a little bit better. 

I use highly branched cyclic dextrin (carbs). Drink about 1/3 of it about 20 to 30 minutes before w/o and sip the rest intra. For me it provides more energy.

I add bcaa's so I get some, but mostly for flavour. Was thinking about adding citrulline malate to the mix.

After around 6 years of trt, thought I would see if I could get my balls a bit bigger, since they've shriveled up pretty good.

I'm taking 500iu every third day, or about 1 5000 vial per month. I read that once constituted, it's only good for around 5 weeks.

just did my 5th shot. The boys have maybe gotten a bit bigger, not really even noticeable. But output has increased.

But the biggest surprise has been my mood. My mind is in a much better place and am feeling happier.

The one negative has been acne. I'm 55 years old and getting zits, lol. Mostly on my back, but also some on the stomach, chest and arms.

Don't feel any symptoms of increased estrogen.

Should I cut my dose, or possibly start an AI?

I'm taking 150mg test e a week (not divided) without ai now. But that's not the case when I first started around 6 years ago at a lower dose. Immediately my balls started to ache and my left nipple was constantly itchy. Doctor prescribed adex and it they disappeared quickly. But he was concerned about being on the meds to long and weened me of of them. Can't remember the exact time frame, but basically went from 1 mg to .5 and finally .25. and then none, and after I stopped, never had any reoccurrence. Now I can even do 500 a week and no ai needed. Not saying this will work for you because everyone is different, but just giving you my experience. Good luck!
