As for the high RBC, I’m on the banned donate blood list bc I had Lymphoma (cancer) a few years ago. 

So so I took matters into my own hands. And I draw out 200ml of blood every 3 months on my own. Yes, on my own! Like Frankenstein. Lol. 

Bc I get bloodwork done every six months as follow up treatment to cancer, I can monitor my blood counts regularly

Letro is aweful stuff. At least in my experience. Feel terrible as it eliminates all estrogen in a big hurry. Works for gyno tho.  

Aromasin and Adex are obviously the better options for “controlling” and maintenance of estrogen levels. 

I don’t compete but basically eat like it’s your job when bulking. And eat like it’s your job with less or very little carbs when cutting.  Simple and works for me.

This is funny stuff. I’ve been married for 15 years so K am way out of the game. However, there are female gym regulars I chat with here and there.  Some very attractive. The dumb shit they tell me guys say to them is priceless.  

Here is some advice.  Don’t gawk at yourself it’s a bad quality. Be modest.

Be yourself and say normal things. Saying a corny sexual innuendos right off the hop is creepy. 

Just letting the single guys here know what these women are telling me. 

Test and NPP is my fav bulk. Prefer the short esters! 

I’m near Oshawa also. Sad news indeed. It has a trickle down effect to other manufacturing plants in the area also. Will result in much more than just the GM jobs lost.

Almost got the Cowboys this week.  Still a work in progress. Lol

I have used BT now for the last few years. Also, a few other guys I know have been using BT. 

The product has been great, prices very fair, and customer service has been top notch.  I have recently switched reps with BT and the transition has been as smooth as it could be.

I highly recommend giving BT a try.
