  1. Been reading up more and more about DNP and I'm very interested. Previous fat burner experience is with ECA stack and Clen. The amount of caffeine/day on ECA left me twitchy and jittery and couldn't get sleep. Clen made me jittery and shaky too so that's no for me. Seems like DNP doesn't cause shakiness.

How do you guys take the crystalline form without capping it? Measure it out then swallow whole or mix into water or another liquid?

  2. Depends on what you're taking, how much you're taking, your body composition and how your body responds. I aromatize like a mofo so just 300mg Test/weekly needs 3mg of Adex/week. Some folks need 0 AI on that amount. Half-life of Adex is 72-hours so to keep blood levels stable, dose Adex at EoD and get bloods done and adjust accordingly.

  3. I don't see the advantage of Liv52 when on AAS. I don't find it "cheap" when compared to NAC and Inositol/Choline. The benefits from these two go beyond just liver care and I'd rather use these two when off cycle for liver health and function.

    that explain Tren Gyno!

ps: I have gyno 2 times and two operation don't fuck with it!

    Tren Gyno

A lot of people get Tren Gyno and can’t stop it or get rid of it.  I’m going to show you how to get rid of it if you’ve already got it, and to prevent or stop it if tren gyno has just started or if you fear it starting.

Trenbolone while incredibly anabolic and androgenic, comes from the 19-nor family of anabolic tren gynosteroids.  The 19-nor family is so closely related to Progesterone that Tren is actually called a “Progestin” not a testosterone.

Progesterone and Prolactin (trenbolone increases prolactin a ton) are what cause the growth of glandular tissue behind the nipple.  If you have Tren Gyno you will probably notice a hard lump that you can grip with two fingers.  This is different than estrogen gyno which is characterised by itchy swollen nipples.  Tren doesn’t give any warning signs and you basically develop a lump overnight.

If you’re having a problem with tren gyno, nolvadex, aromasin, letro, none of them are going to do jack shit.  You need a dopamine agonist.  This is not something to fuck around with.

As long as estrogen is controlled progesterone won’t really matter.  You need to get you prolactin down.  When your prolactin is high you will notice things like weak erection and not being able to cum as easy or at all.  You will also notice a brain fog or a “Block” when it comes to sex.  You’ll notice that something just isn’t right.

    Tren Gyno

    Tren Gyno

    Terrible Feeling.

The 2 dopamine agonists that will fix you right up are Cabergoline or Pramipexole take your pick.

Caber is superior and has less side effects, the USA brand name for Caber is “Dostinex”

Once you start taking caber or prami your gyno will go away in a few days.  Dose the Caber at .5mg every other day.

Once you start on a dopamine agonist it’s going to surprise the shit out of you, how no amount of nolva, arimidex, or letro could do shit against your gyno, but as soon as you throw in some Caber Ta-Da! magic!

Cheers. Bloods showed that prolactin was within range (on the lower end). I had/still have prami on hand so it wasn't necessary. Nolva's been the go-to for gyno for years and with multiple studies to back it up. For sure prolactin will be an influence in the growth of gyno and leaky nips - but my dick/mood was fine.

Next blast will be on Tren again so this is information on tren gyno and how it differs is good to have. Thanks for sharing.

Check out this link. There's a lot you can do without the use of drugs.

Also make sure your Estro levels are in check

That's a great guide. Was gonna link the same thing.

    acne help

during a cycle, a lot of acne is coming out, what drugs can I use, to solve?

What are you pinning? Are you keep blood levels stable? Have you done bloodwork to see where your E2 is? Before hopping on Accutane and dealing with its sides, get bloodwork done to know where your levels are.

Stay clean. Take a shower right after the gym. Take another shower before you go to bed. Don't wear the same gym clothes twice. Wash your towels. Drop any soap/facewash/bodywash with sulfates. Buy plant-based organic facewash/bodywash.

  7. supplementsource.ca is having a decent sale on a bunch of stuff. I picked up clearance protein bars (don't expire until July/August) for $1.66 each. AllMax IsoFlex 5lbs tubs are on sale for $68 each - which is a good price for a nice tasting quality protein.

Never tried this brand. Any reviews? Didn't see any third-party testing on their website like MyProtein or Canadian Protein.

Whats your opinion on the tren? I ordered some and it does look a bit weak. (Im not saying it is weak. All Im saying is that it doesnt have the dark color that Im use to from past sources) It doesnt have that dark tren color, it looks a bit on the lighter shade of yellow. Im going to give it a try and I hope you can chime in before I do. I want to make sure Im not wasting my time with a weak product and if I should double the daily dose. And vice versa if it packs a good punch.

I can definitely say the tren is legit. It does its job. Insomnia, tren sweats, the occasional tren cough - it's all happened. I'm on a suicide cut and I haven't lost an ounce of strength in the gym. Pumps are freaking insane and I'm flat AF. I felt fucking fantastic at 350mg/week. At 525mg/week I jerked my dick raw and bought new underwear because of the crotch holes from my dick being hard 23/24 hours of the day.

I just ramped up to 700mg/week a few days ago and I'm experiencing heartburn/digestive issues. Gonna give this dose a week or two and if it's still fucking with my stomach, I'll bring it back down to 525mg/week

Shitty experience for me, they are not willing to send me price list or letting me order. They want my DL (which I already gave them), now he want my Facebook ID, Instagram ID, and don't know what fucking else they want from me. Rep is so bad I even sent them my DL he is still saying I am police lol.  Why should I share my personal info with them!!!    Take the Money to send me the juice.  When they don't even have their bodytech emails lol y should I share my information?

I'm not one to call out anyone but your first post on this forum was "lol hey boys where do i find gear to get sw0le?"

This isn't a private board. There's a section for lab reviews in the fucking middle of this forum. Now you're calling out this lab and rep (19 pages of solid reviews, bud) with this bullshit? Fuck no. GTFO.

  11. You don't have to worry about that. Tbh I was freaked of having even the tiniest air bubbles in my first cycle. And I aspirated all the time.

I don't even aspirate anymore. Four blasts in, I've never pulled blood, never injected into a vein and never had an issue with air. I'm a cheap fucker and hated seeing leftover gear in the syringe, so I started putting 0.2-0.5 cc of air (depending on how much I'm injecting) at the end of the syringe. Not only does it push all the gear into the muscle, but it helps prevent leaks.

Even if you did inject into a vein or get air in one, you'd need something like 3cc of air before it does anything to you

  12. It happens sometimes if you pull the needle too fast or don't let it sit in the site for a bit. Did you have a bit of air at the end of the syringe? About 0.5 cc of air at the end of an injection keeps the gear trapped and prevents it from leaking out

Edit: ah shit just saw how old this post is haha

Do 20+ minutes cardio everyday, doesn’t have to be hard. Could just do something like a brisk walk. Take omega 3s and fibre (sugar free Metamucil is good)

for some I was getting so dizzy all the time, I felt like I was dying. Hr was always near 100 and bp was high ish. I did a stress test and nothing was wrong.

Atfer I started doing regular cardio my dizzyness went away, my resting hr went down to the 60’s. my systolic bp went down ten points and my diastolic went down 15.

I've been doing 30 minutes of LISS pre-workout about a few weeks into this tren blast and it's worked wonders for my BP and HR. I no longer get winded going up a flight of stairs. If you look at human evolution, we were built to be long distance runners, so cardio is vital to our health

  14. IMO better to rest and come back to the gym feeling fit and happy. If it was just a light cold, w/e. But with a flu, you wanna get a rest otherwise you're just prolonging the flu. Better not to fuck around with your body

  15. Cheers for the replies, boys. Been pretty busy with work so even I didn't get a chance to check this thread haha.

I personally never want to deal with gyno, so I nuked this shit. I doubled my Adex dosage and started taking 40mg Nolva for the first week and then 20mg for the next two weeks. Lump is gone - no itchy nips, dropped the Nolva but I've kept my Adex dosage at double what I started with.

It was definitely the Tren causing this but I've got it all under control now. Pretty happy with the result!

  16. All right, boys. Never thought this would happen to me. I'm three cycles in previously and never had any issues with gyno.

I'm running Test/Tren (for the first time) at 250mg/350mg per week, respectively. Adex at 0.5mg E3D. Only a week and a half in now. So far 0 sides from Tren except a little insomnia.

About four days ago I pinned my pecs for the first time. Left pec on Thursday and right pec on Friday.

Pinning the pec stung like a bitch when I pulled the pin out. A hot shower and a deep sleep later, no pip-type soreness the next day. Just felt like I did heavy pec flyes for an hour.

So then yesterday, I take a shower in the afternoon and my right breast starts feeling weird - just uncomfortable. I kept thinking, oh, it's just soreness from pinning my pec. Then I get paranoid about gyno and feel around a bit. I find a hard lump ABOVE my left nip. I always thought gyno was behind the nip?

Anyways. I tell myself that if I still feel like this for the next few days and my nips start itching I'll start a gyno protocol.

Well, I wake up this morning and my left nip is puffy, right nip is fine - but both nips are itchy.

TL;DR: Got acute gyno. What's a good protocol to tackle this shit?

    I've got Adex/Nolva/Prami on hand.

I'm thinking: 40mg Nolva ED, 0.5mg Adex EoD, titrate Prami up to 0.5mg ED.

Will I be good with just the Nolva + Adex? Prami is going to take a while to titrate up. I've heard nothing but hate for it lol.

  17. You can strengthen your core from squats, deads and overhead press. All three need a strong core to push/pull heavy weight. When you're squatting you have to actively incorporate glutes when pushing the weight back up. The easy answer is to do more assisted ab and glute exercises.

IMO, fixing anterior pelvic tilt is more about always being conscious about your posture. When you're standing or walking, put yourself back in a straight posture - you'll immediately feel your core and glutes tighten. Sit on the floor more often instead of the couch. Sit cross legged and sit in the Asian squat position more often.

The other thing is stretching the tight muscles that are causing APT - your lower back and hip flexors. I found this to be a good resource for stretches.
