    Hi Coconut

I don't know if I could rate it since it depends on the goals (strength, endurance, vascularity, etc.) at the time and also the individual's preference or the importance of running something that has little to no noticeable side effects.  For me, I'd say that I would give it a 7 or 8 perhaps overall and would recommend it.  I will run it again...

    Thanks & good luck,

    OD

    Thanks for your feedback OD.

    1) do not create a new thread, unless the lab you wish to review doesn't exist

    2) don't expect members to take you seriously if your post count is in single digits

    3) prior to posting a negative review, contact the rep to resolve it. If it is still unresolved, please pm staff.

3a) present evidence to staff, ultimately we will decide as staff if your story is legitimate or not. This is important as we want to weed out shills and trolls who basically are competitors in disguise.

    Sounds good

Really depend what you are trying to achieve with this cycle? Are you trying to bulk or cut? I like winny as a cutting agent but it can still be used on a bulking cycle for strength gain. Also you will need to experiment but a 1:1 ratio of test/nandrolone is fine, but most people prefer a 2:1 ratio, which means double the test compare to nandrolone.

Looking at quality gains. I stay fairly lean thru out the year. Being 52 yrs old and 5'9" 180lbs 8% bf. I am done with the days of serious bulking. 2:1 ratio test/npp will definitely look into this. Winny would be for strength.

Personally I really like oral winny. As you said it's one less injection to do + the injectable version of the winny is still toxic to the liver, both are 17C-AA and both are liver toxic. so why complicate things? I really like Winny, it's one of my preferred AAS. I usually don't take it more than 5 weeks and get bloodwork regularly to make sure the liver is doing fine! Also right now I am taking a low dose deca to make sure my joints are fine on winny.

Thanks for your input. I am in the process of putting together my next cycle, looking at NPP + Test P @ 400/400 weekly with a dbol or dbol. Not sure if I want to throw in the winny yet. Any thoughts?

  5. Would love to hear from everyone, that has used both forms of winny. What's your preferences? Pros vs Cons?

As I get old 50plus, everyday injections gets old very fast. I like injectable winny, and I know it's better than oral, but if you have proper protection for your liver support is oral any better.

My fave bread is Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain - Glycemic Index of 36. It's usually found in the freezer section of the natural foods aisle. A Little pricey but given the ultra low GI. I think it is worth it. I'm one of those people that if you load me with simple carbs it's off to snoozey bye bye land lol...

It is good bread, but like you said pricey.

We have had a number of reviews as of late that look quite a lot like spammers and people with agendas ,  Here at NortherLifters All proper reviews are welcome , Positive or Negative but must be done in a tasteful proper manner , Doesn’t matter for what Lab , It should start from the ordering process , to the shipping and receiving process and then the quality of the items and the communication, What we won’t tolerate is spammers , people with underlying agendas or people that are clearly just out to bash and hurt a Labs reputation. If anyone is caught clearly doing any of that there will be no second chance you will instantly be BANNED!  With that being said please put some time and effort into your reviews and make them quality and detailed as a good review helps your fellow members .

    Great read
