Back in the day the ladies ran 2.5-5mg for 8 weeks.

I don't get more that 6-8 hours.

I suffer from the same shit....hit me when I was 33.

It's been a bad year. Working out has helped me out most.

Plus a low stress job.

I love diet pop.

I'm glad I never did the cookie cutter diet for clients.

It takes me almost a good hour to make a diet with the client.

I did 9 shows, In 3 different weight classes of BB. Plus I was in the lighter classes.

Was going for a 10th or 11 show back to back but got injured 2 times from work from lifting.

My only shows that I ever pulled out, 2014 and 2017.

As of now, seems like I'm done with shows plus BB is almost done.

I go every 3-4 weeks.

I did go every week for many years.

When I take ephridrine I have the same feeling....was told an increase bp.

Now i take my fish oil and stopped ephedrine feel better.

I hope they go on strikes, and lose money.

Let them do what they feel is right for them.

I did my gh shots after work or near bedtime, I don't like to feel sleepy during the day.

It looks and sounds good on paper but for BB,  it lacks protein.

If you added some protein every 3 hours for positive nitrogen then it would be perfect.

What is this stuff, and is it a cream or oral?

Well I'm not a fan of d-bol...its just holds water and then you lose all your gains fast...yo-yo drug. The inj stuff was great at a lower dose and no bp issues.

Haha people love side to let them know it's real....totally messed up.

Test will make make sex drive go up...should I do massive amounts to get gyno, zits, high bp, water retention.
