I am the biggest chicken and still have not done a self injected. I know sooner than later I will have to do it myself. I have a friend that do it for me 2 days a week. But she is getting very busy and it’s getting hard for her to do it. And I will be going back out to work soon so that’s going to take away from me going to her. If anyone have any idea or in couraging ideas or tips. Please that’s why I am here. Thanks everyone

Hello everyone I just join and I wanted to introduce myself. I am from Ontario(Toronto) I am 45 year looking of male whose been in the gym for the last 3 years now. The gym hasn’t become my addiction. So here I am. I was talking to a good friended of mine that’s been a long time member of your forum (Muscle beauty) and she recommend this forum and in courage me to join. I was told that it’s a great place to to get as much info one would need. And not just info but the RIGHT information. So here I am.
