You bet, it takes a lot and a long while, but it can damage Enamel. Rinse with baking soda and all is good.

Lemon water makes me pee like no tomorrow. Its funny they say it promotes bile acids up in original post. Bile is caustic with a high PH, not acidic. Not sure if it helps a lot or not. I drink it above warm, not quite hot temp every day. I like it. rinse with baking soda after you drink it and you reduce all tooth issues as it will neutralize the acids in your mouth instantly.
