How do you find the caffeine, albuterol, cardarine stack works for you man? Throw in some rauwolscine and that is one dirty stack.

well im getting leaner i first dropped weight but now its going back up and its gains. Obviously with the strength coming back

i pushed myself a bit too much today and my right elbow is really hurting i think my joints and ligaments cant keep up i fucked up lol

 
Hmm, I’ve never tried stanolone,  you’re experienced in the orals world, what would you compare it to so I can get an idea?

A very Very weak halo. The reason i like it is for the focus and aggression while u workout it gives energy too even if On lower cal

halo on the other hand that shit is magic but my urine gets dark Very  fast on that. right now my urine is nice n clear

i remember the first time i did 405x25 on deadlifts some years ago. That was while on halo. I literally felt like an angry ferocious beast and machine In one. No other way to describe it. You'd wanna smash shit or throw shit around like its nothing. Speaking of which i never tried cheque drops n i heard the two are similar.

cheque drops are on another level if you get legit ones, definitely a power lifters drug.   
 

I pulled my first 6plate dead lift with 75 tren suspension, 75 test suspension and a couple halo.  Then I went home and accidentally sexually injured my wife lol.    Halo is awesome stuff but it definitely destroys your liver, and with cheque drops, you’ll be pissing cola after just a couple days using it as a pre workout.   I can never find them anymore, and that’s probably a good thing because the aggression is tren x 1000.  
 

with those orals and your low test and decent mast dose your gains are probably looking amazing,  as in quality.  Strength looks to be skyrocketing too.  Keep an eye on your fluids though, you’re on a super dry cycle, which could be contributing to the extra joint pain.   Welcome to the 30min joint warmup club!!  Lol.  
 

I been doing a lot of range of motion stuff with resistance bands and my joints feel 10x better,  either before workout or in the middle.  Gets the juices flowing.

 
The other name for it is alpha-yohimbine.  Its just supposed to be a more potent and "cleaner" form of yohimbine. In theory. 
Ah Yohimbine, didn't realize that's what it's also called. Yes it acts on alpha receptors and stubborn fat. When I used to do actual cuts I'd use it first thing with cardio. Would give me erections lmao. But it also made me nauseaus and bloated me extremely. I'd urinate extremely heavily later in the day.

BT actually gave me a sample during COVID of incinerate, I used it in the start then when I started doing home workouts. First thing in the morning and then preworkout.

It works, but it causes me bloat, unless I have a way to avoid the bloat I decided to not use it.

Did stanolone increase hair?
No idea I'm just a hairy dude either way. In theory it should.

Damn. Yeah I had sampled BT's tren suspension it was magical. That and halo (not together) are the most aggression/focus inducing compounds I've tried. I would pulse halo at even 5-10mg and it would still do something for me. I did go up as high as 30mg.. Urine darkens fast...

I am trying to use the resistance bands... it's been helping, since my home workout restart right before gyms reopened.

I think I'll take today off, I was gonna do chest with the chest press device I use now (to avoid dumbbells until i fully heal).. but I think I'll just take a day off and recover.

My shipment from BT arrived this morning, I'm working so I'll get it right after work. I got MastE, TrenE, Superdrol, Var, Stano, Alb, Cardarine and Melanotan.

I got melanotan just to start getting back to my old tan, I hate being pale-ish, I mean I am not pale white I am more olive, but I love being tanned year round. I just hate the moles.

The plan with tren and super is to keep test at 200mg, mast at 400mg and tren at 200mg. I've runn tren/mast at 600/600 before but no need. I am doing just fine. I just want to recomp faster. Superdrol I'll probaby split the pill and pulse 10mg. Lower var and stano to probably 1 pill instead of 2-3. Will see!

 



Just saw this video, interesting variation I thought I'd share, never tried this. I mean I always do single hand lateral raises with DBs, but never did a leaning back. I actually do either a standing straight while holding something or like the old school bodybuilders holding a bar of some kind and leaning away while raising the DBs laterally.

In this one he is actually leaning backwards to limit range of motion. I may give this a shot.

The last one I did a couple of days ago on the day I decline bench, I just held my hand to a seated shoulder press bench and went at it and managed, maybe I'll get an incline bench and try this instead for a change.

I spoke to my rehab guy after well a couple of months of not talking to him and told him about PRP but he doesn't believe in it urgh asked me to come back to continue as when I was last with him I was making progress.

I am actually feeling 'ok' right now.. but its still aching and unconfomrtable. My wife when she play fights with me now can take advantage of my weakness LOL

Definitely break up that superdrol throughout the day, or only strict pre workout.   20mg will kill my appetite, and if I run it with tren I’m basically on a liquid home made mass shake diet.    Splitting it up 3-4 times a day will help with the sides a bit,  but it still makes me lethargic as hell.  Even on a cut you need to make sure you get the calories and protein in, and after a week it’s hard to eat anything.   But sdrol paired with tren is definitely a body changer,  it will just have you feeling like crap for a few weeks.   And don’t forget the intense heart burn.

 
I like using NPP in there but I didn't get it, NPP increases my appetite really nicely. I thought about throwing in some EQ (EQ+Tren is great) but thee BP issues I experience is an absolute no no for me 😞

I've been pretty healthy with clear urine, things gonna get a tiny bit darker lol... I['m about to go gym, just gonna get one more meal in and i'll take my first superdrol I am thinking to just split to 10mg (half a pill) but ah the temptations of gains...

I woke up with achy joints again, it's because I slept with the window open, gets damn cold at night. I'm a hot room/lots of blankets sleep type.

I will inject 200mg tren-e today. I should have done it first thing in the morning. From then on I'll split to twice a week shots, all this time been doing single shots.

Can't wait to start doing melanotan, but i need to calculate how much, been a while since I mixed peptides.

Nice workout bro.  I’ve turned away from front raises that past few years.  I feel it takes away from the aesthetics of my side and read delt cap.  I used to be a front raise animal, just glaring in the mirror and watching the striations lol.   Over time I realized that over developed front delts take away from my pec/deltoid insertion points and give my shoulders and overall flatter look.  Since I stopped, I’ve noticed the rounded deltoid cap becoming more pronounced when I look in the mirror.  It’s hard to describe, I suck at words sometimes lol.   If you’re working through an injury and want the capped, developed deltoid look, the same principle could work for you too.   I myself have just not liked the look of over developed front delts on my frame.  They get enough work on chest days as it is.

 
I know what you mean but in my case I haven't trained jack in 5 months so I need my shoulders to grow.

Back in the day, I had two push routines I would rotate twice weekly. One day I focus more on shoulders, a little chest, one day I focus all shoulders and a little chest. I would also include reverse deck and face pulls.

The days I focused shoulders, I would hit my shoulders really hard. Primary exercise was seated shoulder presses as heavy as 120lbs. Secondary was single arm lateral DB raises I would go as heavy as 60-65lbs if i recall and finally third exercise I would do bent over dumbbells for rear delt, I would then finish off with reverse deck and face pulls. Face pulls may be in start too to warm up, (well mostly true especially for chest day).

Since my injury last september I don't have a dedicated shoulder day... I also haven't really trained this hardcore for years, I didn't have a training partner who could spot me so we would push each other. But it's very very important to hit lateral moves and rear delts. I literally had my rear delts pop out and that alongside the laterals made my shoulders very boulder like and rounded.

Straight up shoulder presses of any kind will do squat, you'll concave in.

Anyways update tonight, I could feel all day more nauseated, so that's for sure appetite suppression from sdrol. I also felt nauseaus wanting to dose off lol.. already...

I also feel my breathing and feverish and I know that's tren. Yes I know first day but it still is in the blood... and so here come the tren sides. I had to pop a cardarine, I wana go out for a walk.

So with tren in the mix I think I may need 3x cardarine... lol. It's been 6 months since i was last on tren so I forgot how it feels.

 
I like face pulls too.  I usually do high reps and lower weight with them.  Alternated pulling to my throat, forehead, then above my head in the same set to hit rhomboids, traps, rear delts, and some side delts all at the same time.   It’s a different kind of pump, but inflates everything to look extra big walking out of the gym lol.

one thing that helps me with sdrol is breaking up the doses, and slamming a shake or a small meal directly after taking it.  Definitely helps me with the nausea and appetite.   Push fluids and electro lytes, and take your liver aids and it will help with the lethargy.  

 
Yeah... first night slept, woke up sorta grumpy lol. Overheating. I used to be so used to tren heat, but I had to blast AC. I am literally radiating heat lol. Feet/hands have to keep touching something cold.

Having breakfast and cooking rice right now and will eat left over chicken with the rice and then hit up the gym hopefully.

 
Im curious to see how you do with the 200mg/wk of Tren. If the recomp assist is there at that dose....well, I might have to think about giving your little blast a try when I eventually get around to doing mine. Minus your oral stack, that's too hardcore for me lol. 

 
Honestly I feel like it'll be more than enough. I'm starting as if I'm a virgin. I used to be on tren for years so it lost it's 'effects' I always had to run it higher. But after such a long break of 5 months on basically HRT with a slight edge, it feels like insane. I will probably end up with bigger numbers than when I started before COVID where I may have slown down on lol

I am already appearing leaner and fuller. Less bloofy. Sdrol and tren are both very powerful and not a joke...

I had a terrible day today for personal reasons... I had BP, heart rate, bad mood, severe anxiety, I thought I'd get a heart attack or stroke. God willing all will be well... it took a toll on me and as such I did not feel that great today and this is not because of sdrol or tren but I still trained to get my mind off things... and other than breathing issues I did well...

I definitely do not need more gear, if anything I may lower things..., but I am just being greedy at this point as I am sick of being a bloof...

I did not comment too much today because I had to drag myself a bit today due to how I felt, and at some points I pushed myself really hard to the point of I am going to rip something all because of stress.

  4. 405x1 really stressing my body def the tren and sdrol pushing me into rage here, nearly pulled a muscle on this last set. If I ate better could probably rep out this weight if my body was more pumped/fuller
 
Oh yes and... mom said I am looking better LOL, wife said the same thing.

I was able to close one hole extra on my belt today than last time I am definetely shrinking the waist. Weight is around 258-259lbs so it went up from 265.5lbs but I am leaner. Definetely looking 'leaner and more defined', less bloofy, but still a fatso haha, but love handles are shrinking which makes me feel alright

 
I've had a horrendous morning... wife and I cried for a good hour together... really heart broken and I am honestly blaming myself, were it not for me and my stupid condition this wouldn't be an issue for us...

I am now on my 5th IVF in my life time, 2 with my ex and 3 with my wife...

The eggs didn't go into blastocyst and arrested on the 6th day... we are so angry at the clinic.. as there is an argument between 3rd day and 5th day blastocyst and freezing and implantation on either of the day. Last year we had 5 healthy embryos that arrested by day 5, but they refuse to freeze them or use them... you can implant the 3rd day and it can still mature fully... but they prefer to do 5th day if its full blastocyst.... long story short... but its easy for them to say whatever arrogant answer they have... when we just spent 20 grand..... money i had to pull out from RRSP and other  shit very hard... they are even more expensive now than ever before.... we are broke... and heart broken worst of all... i have one more frozen sample... and no money...

It pained me so much, but it pained me a hundred times more to watch my wife cry for an hour straight... I feel like she hates me... It hurts me so much looking at hair break down....

Last time we did it she was pregnant but our baby became abnormal at around 10 or 13 weeks.... and we had to abort it... I was so happy when she was pregnant, but it turned into the worst feeling when we found out there was problems... it was the worst feeling... I broke down in the hospital... went through a lot of hell with my wife for a whole year as a result of it... it affected her a lot....

They did tests afterwards and found it was 'environmental factors'... not genetic, etc... whatever the hell that means to them in other words they have no answer.......

And this time no embryos made it by day 6... its traumatizing... we argued with the doctor.. but they insisted blastocyst only..

Why did I have to have this stupid condition since my 20s... the funny thing is I wanted kids and a married life from a young age compared to other guys who just f'ed around... did everything right, worked hard, dedicated myself to family but its so hard to have children... while other assholes just pop babies and probably dont even treat children right..

Bro, I’m sending you a huge hug.  All of this is hard for me to read.  I can’t imagine the demons you are dealing with right now.  I can’t say anything that is going to make you feel better, but please stop blaming yourself.    My sister went through this same thing with many failures and heart broken years until she finally just decided to adopt.    
 

im sure you’re wife is thinking a lot of “what if’s” right now, and words are said during stressful situations and stressful times.   But you are her man, her rock, her safety and the other half of her soul.  As she is for you.   None of this is failure my friend, and you for sure are not a failure. All of these trials are proving your relationship with you wife, and proving that you are a man, and a spectacular future father.   Chin up man, level out your stress levels.  Go on a date day, go rent a king suite hotel room with a hot tub for a night or two and just be with your wife.   Have a picnic, take a walk.  Cook dinner together, and act like two kids falling in love.   All of that might sound rediculous, but it may just be what the doctor ordered to help cut through these trying times.
