Going to be shredding up some fat I gained from injuries I sustained in a career in the CAF. I will keep this intro short as I could go on and on and on. I am new here. But not new the scene. My first community I was apart of is OutlawMuscle (senior member). I currently am apart of CJM, CB, Ology, and some de-commissioned forums such as ChemMass, CSB , CM, SSB just to name a few.
