    My only problem is pinning. I've only pinned the upper outer quadrant of the glutes alternating from the right glute to the left one because I've seen a lot of people saying that pinning delts or quads is somewhat more painful than the glutes. But oh boy, I've had some fucking painful PIP on my last injection monday. The swelling started going up on my tailbone and right now I cant even sit or sleep on it. Today was my chest/shoulders/triceps day and oh boy was it painful just lying on the bench. I'm thinking about trying ventro glute this thursday, or hell even quads because I cant stand the pain right now. For your information, I am pinning with a 23gauge 1 1/2 inch.

    You pinned likely too close to the nerve in your ass cheek if you feel it in your tailbone.

    if you pin thighs, pin the outside up high in the thigh, like about a palm width from your hip joint.  Pip will be minimal then.

    ventroglutes are easy, just don’t pin too far forward.

    rear delts are great also.

    and 25 gauge 1 inch pins will do the trick.

    I’m not bashing bt or dracorex, they are likely trying to do their best as they are trying to get a good rep for themselves after all this shit.  A bunch of friends of mine I got to try BT years ago are still running it and are happy.  I didn’t tell them to quit, then I’d have to explain all the shit about everything and I really don’t want to waste any time with that.

    Its funny though because how does an owner of a lab remember each one of his hundreds of clients?  How does any of them send you monthly lists?  A lot of reputable labs send monthly lists.  I guess they must have my email info somewhere, lol.

    And owning a lab is a dangerous thing, I bet it is safer not to run around admitting to owning one one an open board, lol.  I know a few owners that don’t scream that a lab is theirs on the board they sell their gear on.  You may figure it out later in when you are known and trusted, but no way you would be told in an introduction email.

    Honestly let it go before people get turned off and quit coming here.  When CJM fought with Northern Muscle bashing Northern all the time, it just drove people off CJM. There is so little board traffic anymore, no one can afford to lose anyone.

    And Jesus Traps, don’t think this is a personal attack against you, and start screaming back at me with the cap locks on, lol.  

    The best interests for any board is to not get into all the drama.

The original studies that were done that showed high blood pressure from high sodium intake was done on dehydrated diabetics.  The original guy who did the study said they set it up on purpose to get those results because that was what was expected from them after they got their grant.  He was dying and didn’t mind telling the truth.  Funny part is he’s not the on,y one to be admitting that he or she faked results because of who was funding them,

     

    so so I have a hard time believing most studies now unless they are obvious,

    Yeah that sucks.  Mine would hurt like hell sleeping also.  Then you’d move it and it would feel like it was frozen in place, hurt like hell to straighten.

    i bought shin splint gel bags (you know the ones you can heat or freeze) and wore them on my forearm, lol.  

    The gh helping was only a coincidence.  I was using it for my colon, and one day I noticed it was gone.  That was a year ago,

  8. Only time I’ve crashed my estrogen was on aromasin.  Wasn’t a lot either.  I usualky use adex, but this time I thought I’d try aromasin agsin, but started off low.

     

    what I like about Adex, is it brings down estrogen fast, but on the flip side your estrogen comes back quicker (this is why I believe some people think there is an estrogen rebound).

    if you have what you need to take fir aromasin figured out, then stick with it,  balancing estrogen can be a bitch.  No point in fixing what isn’t broken.

    supposidly aromasin is easier on your lipids.

    No idea how to drop gh levels, but if you need to go the cheap route peptides will increase your gh levels.  I’d have to ask my friend what he ran.

    if you are on biologicals for RA, and pain meds, well that really fucks your hormones up.  I have a buddy that has RA pretty bad and he has issues keeping the flares down and feeling good mentally.

     Higher test levels have helped his Ra, plus deca helps.

    Good luck, I can understand the uphill battle you are fighting to train and be healthy physically.

  10. I didn’t run gear until I was 42 but just before 40 I knew my hormones were dropping.  Felt weak, didn’t care if I fucked every day anymore, was getting fatter, losing muscle in places like chest.  Anyhow maybe gear useage got you there faster.

     

    i woukd personally wait the two months, shit you’ve went 2 years already, what’s a couple more months.

    did you get your estrogen levels checked,  maybe now that you are older you are converting more test to estrogen and it’s giving you a feed back loop dropping your test further?  Only guessing, but let’s get checked can heck estrogen.  Could be why your wee, wee isn’t functioning at stud levels.  If it was me and I had some aromasin kicking around from previous cycles, and was being cheap and did want to pay $200 fir the estrogen test, I’d run a bit of aromasin, like 1/2 a tab twice a week for the first week, then if I was getting better wood, 1/4 tab twice a week and then wait to see how my duck was responding, and see if I was crashing my estrogen.

    worse thing to happen is you crash your test and feel shitty for a few days.  Or if you are not an experimenter like me, then get your estrigen tested and go from there.

    but once I got an endo appointment, I’d quit experimenting and went in natural, doing nothing.  If you need trt, why fuck it up yourself, and let the doctor who does this for a living do his job.

I would say your test isn’t that low, maybe in bloood, but I have this theory that as a natural that heavy training, maybe even overtraining can reduce test levels.  So blood tests are missing the peaks, and if you are constantly training hard it could look low as it’s being used.  Don’t train for a week then do your next blood work, but keep eating like you are triaining and see what happens.

    If your test levels were really that horrible you would have not achieved the build you have now.

    I would look at what supplements you are running and the food you are eating.  Check out your shampoo, does it have tea tree oil in it, if so chuck it, that shit is horrible for men.  Also check your body wash.

    Do you eat any soy products?  Stop that as well.  You drink out of water bottles all the time?  But a thermos type of water container.

    Maybe a suplement you are taking is suppressing your test levels?  Most of that stuff is not regulated.  Are you using a test booster. Or gh enhancer?  If you are not sure where to start, then get on a basic diet with lots of red meat, and good carbs like potatoes and rice, oats.  Don’t overdo the carbs and eat fat.  So chicken skin/thighs, fat on steaks and so on.  Your body need cholesterol to produce hormones.

    Anyhow this is just me guessing.

    If you want to run gear, you don’t need to justify it, you are 22, you are an adult, run it.  But there is a down side to gear use, it is addictive to feel on and I’m glad I waited till I was older.  See life has a funny way of getting in the way of the gym.

  13.  No you are wrong, you are holding the muscle, it’s just there isn’t as big of layer of fat laying on top of it making it look bigger.  As long as  you keep training your body will hold on to the muscle.

    Dude wait till you can see cuts in your muscle, actualky see the way it looks when you flex it, not hidden under all that fat and you will be so addicted to being lean.

    Btw you can see the improvments you have made already.  You have your work cut out for you, don’t get discouraged it’s worth it.

    I took a break from bodybuilding for about two years then got back into it mid last year... and I was finally making progress but here we go gotta get off... of all things right now i'm on test, equi, tren and deca... so pretty harsh...

    My plan first month:

    HCG 2000iu Mon and Thur
    Clomid 150mg ED
    Aromasin 12.5mg ED

    Second month:

    Clomid 100mg ED
    Aromasin 12.5mg ED

    Then continue on until procedure where I have to jerk off and give sample lol...

     

    At the same time I was thinking adding GHRP2+MOD-GRF to retain gains and starve off fat... some ppl mentioned SARMs but if I am not mistaken those kill sperm no? Or only some do? I don't want to be sterile... I need maximum sperm lol... I think mk and that other number one lol are like GHRP but oral... so not testosterone related?

     

    Please help... to top it off I am pretty stressed at work and with other things and this has to happen... my biggest stress relief in life has been bodybuilding where i could cope with anything...

    You know you could always adopt.  A child doesn’t need to be blood related to be your child.  

    Try to find one that is really young.  We adopted my sister when she was 4 months old.  I don’t think if her any different than my brother.  And that’s even though she’s Chinese and we are Irish.

    my stepson had a child, but is a moron, and I’m raising his child, and my grandson doesn’t seem any less my son than if he were my biological son.

    Btw I cannot have kids either.  Stop stressing yourself over it and trying to do the imposdible seems silly to me when you could easliy be a father to a child who needs one.
