A lot of the top guru's and bodybuilding experts are now saying glutamine has 0 positive effect on muscle growth. Marc lobliner, Chris aceto, dave palumbo, jeff nippard, Brad schoenfeld, and many others all now say that modern science shows glutamine to only have a slight positive effect on gut health, but beyond that, a waste of money. I dropped it from my personal supp program years ago and I noticed 0 negative effects, although I know many still truly believe in glutamine, I believe it is a little over hyped and a multi, fish oil, or even vitamin d3 are a much better place to put your $. Just my opinion though! ?
