  1. I loved madol! My strength went through the roof on the stuff. Bt threw it in one of my orders as a gift and damn, I'll be getting some more in the near future with out a doubt.
  2. Hey guys, this will be a short log but more so to thank BT for their support. Im 12 days out and I approached bt to see if they can help me during my peak phase. They have offered me sibutramine, stanolone and madol for my last 12 days. This is my first competition and as most people know, competing isnt cheap..Ive been using bt throughout my prep but didnt tell bt. They have offered me some freebies to help me during the home stretch. I will update everyone on how the last 10 days or so go but a thank you to BT for helping us athletes who sometimes can use the financial support
  3. Here's a question for all you seasoned competitors and coaches about peak week that I've never heard mentioned before. Because of DNP s ability to completely deplete the body of glycogen, and then the increased insulin sensitivity afterwards, wouldnt dnp make sense to use for peak week? Or perhaps the the week prior to peak week? If an athlete was to use dnp up until 5-7 days out, then start filling back up on carbs day by day until show day and use a little diuretic to help pull the water off. I experience an incredible rebound effect when I come off of dnp and start to replenish my glycogen stores, so it made me wonder, does anyone use this for peak week? Thoughts?
  4. That is how it comes from BT. They state that it will come In powder on the bt product price list. You'll need to go get a mg scale and weigh and cap yourself, it's not difficult
  5. A lot of the top guru's and bodybuilding experts are now saying glutamine has 0 positive effect on muscle growth. Marc lobliner, Chris aceto, dave palumbo, jeff nippard, Brad schoenfeld, and many others all now say that modern science shows glutamine to only have a slight positive effect on gut health, but beyond that, a waste of money. I dropped it from my personal supp program years ago and I noticed 0 negative effects, although I know many still truly believe in glutamine, I believe it is a little over hyped and a multi, fish oil, or even vitamin d3 are a much better place to put your $. Just my opinion though! ?
  6. This is very interesting, thank you! I'm going to try this exact protocol starting next week. Perhaps I should log it in detail here on the forum.
  7. Rad140 is my favorite of the sarms, and it does meet all claims stated above, other than the fact that its side effect free. RAD will suppress endogenous testosterone, and has been known to shut users down in some cases. Its stronger than LGD and is one of the most suppressive sarms, next to s23
  8. Really like and believe in mk677 and I really think anyone who wants to run growth but doesnt have the funds, should give this compound a shot.
  9. Tried, tested and true training tool to push past failure. Arnold used drop sets a ton back in the day, and we all still love them today. Shows how things that work stick around!
  10. How much growth are you using? It definitely can make you run high blood sugars, but everyone is different. Dave talks about this topic a lot on his channel, for the most part, you can usually take what he says as true and factual
  11. I haven't done this in several years and I dont know why, great exercise. I think ill introduce it back into the rotation next week. Thanks man!
  12. I dont know if I would say it works better than clen+ t3... at least in my personal experience. However I do agree that for some reason, this compound does not get the attention it deserves.
  13. Another one I'd really like to experiment with. So many cool compounds out there to try!
  14. This is an excellent, well written article that I wish i could whip out when anyone(especially my parents, family members, and regular gp) questions me about my trt.
