  1. Look through your whole diet. Things like using too much sauce on your food can fuck you up royally. Look at the calories and and portions on everything. Something says a couple grams of carbs a table spoon and you throw half a bottle on that could be an uncounted extra hundred grams a day.

  2. Personally it’s a few weeks by the time I really feel it 100%, like pumped right up. If you are taking sustanon and Dbol and it’s over a week check the scale. I don’t aromatize much, but with dbol especially you should have a few extra pounds of water weight on you. I personally have had really hit and miss experiences with getting good dbol even from the most mainstream labs. I know because the way I respond my back gets so pumped I feel like I was in a car crash.

    UPDATE:

Just a little update since my freakout.

So, since BTRep and I spoke. dropping var for a little was in my best interest.  It's been a week? I think maybe a week and a half? I'm not sure.  I'm still shedding but, not as much as I was 4 weeks ago.  It's calmed down.  I'm sure my body was just trying to tell me something.  That i was dumb as fuck for being on var for 8 months.  I think just being stressed with life my body wasn't producing enough "stress hormone" as my dentist called it. resulting to hair loss. who knows?

I've done blood work.  Routine blood work because, you know, getting a hormone panel was too much.  Something is up with the kidneys.

    Rant:
FUCK, ontario health system.  Or, fuck this communist fuckin health system.  I'm beyond pissed at this point with everything that's been going on.  When I did my blood work, I also signed up for it to be posted online and, it was posted about 12hrs later. I saw, and still can, see my results but, I can't self diagnose but, what i can say is, I need more fuckin tests! The next day, I had a doctors appointment.  This was also scheduled pap.  so, i do the dreaded pap. after everything, he tries to pull my blood work up and he doesn't have it. Another fuckin week of waiting.  Here is the best fuckin part. Best part!  This motherfuker used a expired bottle for my pap SOOOO.... Now. I have to do it over again.  He hasn't called to reschedule the pap. Nor do I want to do it because!!! I'm so irritated.  Like, i am ready to go to the walk in to get medicine for whatever the fuck he did to me down there. Oh! and, to top it off, when we were done the check up part, he even asked if i wanted to do the pap today like, yes motherfucker that's why i am here!!!  holy shit!!!

I've had nothing but a wonderful trip down the old canadian health system. it's been nothing but long waits and fuck ups. what else will happen?  i start having kidney failure and pray to god i don't die while waiting.  Faauck me!

    RANT OVER.

So, i'm still using sibutramine as I need it.  I don't like using it everyday.  I took it yesterday, I still feel it in me enough today. As of this morning i was 161lbs. I've really been focusing on cardio this week. I upped my time to 32 mins.  Today if I can get to the gym, I will do my best to hit 35mins.  my macros:  104g Carb, 50g Fat, 179g protein for a total of, 1608 calories. I think I'll stick here for another two weeks and see where that takes me BF wise.  I've also upped the volume in training as well.  I will try and take a picture this week as well.

Thats about it I guess.. Have a good weekend everyone!

When you see the doctor ask if your egfr needs to be recalculated. They usually go by your creatinine and age. Mine was bad and someone suggested I use a calculator to add in my bodyweight. With my size added my numbers were fine.

some doctors don’t understand that. Next they will test your urine. If there is no protein, your kidneys are fine.

  4. You could always try mixing in some natural pb to slow it down, or some oats as well. If it’s happening post workout you just might not be replenishing your glycogen enough.

If this is happening every time you take it and the pb is not helping, you might have an actual allergy to the protein itself.

  5. Do 20+ minutes cardio everyday, doesn’t have to be hard. Could just do something like a brisk walk. Take omega 3s and fibre (sugar free Metamucil is good)

for some I was getting so dizzy all the time, I felt like I was dying. Hr was always near 100 and bp was high ish. I did a stress test and nothing was wrong.

Atfer I started doing regular cardio my dizzyness went away, my resting hr went down to the 60’s. my systolic bp went down ten points and my diastolic went down 15.

  6. Your egfr looks really good. Does your doctor calculate your kidney function taking your muscle mass into consideration? Mine is usually borderline bad, but my doc just uses my age and creatinine. Others on the boards told me that’s not the correct way to calculate for a bber. Someone sent me to a calculator that takes everything into account and it says I am in good range. I don’t have protein in my urine either.

According to my reading, twice a week for npp probably isn't often enough.  EOD is best.  Which is exactly what I'm currently doing.  Test E/NPP EOD.

It’s half-life is a day longer than prop so you could technically get away with e3d.

  8. DNP is legit. I lost 5 pounds in 12 days. It doesn’t sound like much, but I was already about 14 weeks into a cut when I started it. I slowly upped my dosage to 400mgs and I was so winded I had to take breaks from walking with my wife in the mall. She started giving me that look where I knew I was pushing my luck lol. Next time I am just going to try 200mgs for 3 weeks and throw in something like meridia to suppress my appetite. Between the hunger, the night sweats and being gassed, this shit is not something underestimate. I knew the risks of what I signed up for. It did what it was supposed to good and bad lol

  9. Is there really much of a difference in all of these designer sugars for intra workout? Ten years ago everyone was saying use Dextrose. Now there are all of these fancy sugars like Vitagro and the only real difference I can see is that there is no money for the sup companies selling dextrose because you can get a giant bag at the bulk barn for a couple of bucks.

Not that I’m a pro or would even consider myself close to that level. BUT I have run doses like that - and frankly even a little higher. And some guys I’ve had great conversations with like al durrah and Dorian Hamilton will even tell you doses like that are not uncommon for people looking to push the envelope (some of those are moderate - id even argue, you’ll see much higher in the competition scene).

Something though I think that people don’t necessarily realize though is that just because this person is using 500-750mg Test now and sits at 280 doesn’t mean that’s what he used to get there. My cruise dose is 300mg of Test and I sit at a decently lean 250lbs but let’s not forget that I’ve pushed for higher doses to achieve that.

Now im not advocating such doses and I’m certainly not saying that it’s needed. But do you really think most people will admit to crazy doses? I doubt it. But they may (and more than likely) respond greatly to androgens - it happens, that’s why they’re the best. You can’t fit everyone in the same box and say well you need 500mg of Test and no more. Some may grow like weeds and other to get the same progression may need 1,200+ just the way it is.

And in regards to the health component... I’d actually say the vast majority of people who use, regardless of dose are ignorant to their health. Out of sight out of mind. And that’s the worst thing you can do.

I still consider a guy at your level light years ahead of the average juicer even though you aren’t a pro.

Personally I myself could probably handle most of that cycle except Tren even at 400mgs a week makes me feel like garbage and weirdly anavar over 25mgs a day shoots my bp through the roof. It must be true what they say about some people having better genetics for drugs. I guess my only blessing is for some reason I barely aromatize. I could do a gram of test and would still have to break my AI up into 1/4s or I would tank my e2

Not everyone reacts the same, and most of us take precautionary measures to ensure we don’t experience drastic side effects.

i can also tell you from personal experience those doctors do exist... because I have one like that.

Being a competitor and all do you know many people that can handle dosages like that? I can only think of one guy that comes close and the dude is constantly going to the doc to get one health problem after another looked at. Half the time he’s so red it looks like his head is about to explode. It doesn’t seem like a happy existence.
