  1. Used a bunch of their stuff last year. I will probably use them again when I go back on. Great product and service. I swear my rep must be some sort of cyborg dedicated to filling out orders as fast as possible. I sometimes had emails replied to within the hour lol

  2. Another note I also tenderize the chicken before cutting it and sometimes add one medium chopped carrot. If you found that you accidentally over cooked the meat, it’s ok after sitting in the broth for a couple of hours it will absorb some of that salt and water and tendorize a bit

  3. Lately I have been making stews and chilies to make simple meals that I can eat for a couple days without much hassle.

Best one so far right now is my chicken stew.

First I fry 3.5ibs+ of chicken breast cut into small cubes with garlic and onions.

Then I boil 2 Packs of chicken bone broth. I add 2 cups rice, 2 cans lentils, one can chick peas, 2 chicken flavour soup cubes and finally the cooked chicken. I then let it cool down and serve it up.

Theres a lot of parts to this that I think are good protein wise. “Chicken bone broth” not to be confused with other broths has about 60gs of protein a pack. With two packs that’s 120gs extra right there. Lentils and chick peas are a part of the bean family adding rice to them makes a more complete protein. I don’t really have to say much about almost 4 pounds of chicken lol

  4. I feel great now my bp and heart rate are good again. My bp when bad was only high  140s over high 80s. It wasn’t really that bad. Yesterday I was 130/80. Maybe the combination of everything being sightly off has snowballed on me.

I started taking psyllium husk and strangely I think that has had the greatest effect on me. I am way hungrier and feel more energetic. I don’t know if I have hippie nonsense in my head, but it feels like I had a hangover when I first started taking it like my body was detoxing. I have been drinking water like a fish, I will get my bloods checked again, do some donations and if I feel like I can get at er again while feeling healthy I will. I just feel kind of down about the whole thing.

  5. Although I feel better than I have in a long time, stopping all the gear and slowing down really beats me up mentally.

For the last year I have been having some serious dizzy spells to the point that I feel like I am dying. My doctors can’t explain it, but it seems to only happen when I am on cycle.

There are a few things that touch the high mark with my bloods. Hematocrit, cholesterol and my egfr is low. I have gone off of everything and just focused on feeling good again.

I am still training the same and I have only lost about 15 pounds. I still have this thought in my mind maybe I won’t be able to go at things as hard as I used to and it feels kind of discouraging. As far as I know they think my heart is fine. I wore a monitor for a bit.

Anyone else ever go through something like this?

Holy muscle nexus was a great place.

I seen your name around for a long time.

I want flexy, Carl, and bigdaddyhammer back.

I remember signing up on the nexus on my 20th bday. Man was I a jackass back then.

I can probably get ahold of BDH might take a while. He has a busyer life now, so I can see if he has time. Carl is apparently still kicking. He just avoids the boards now. I’m not sure if he even lifts anymore. If you remember he had serious heart problems years ago. Great physique on that guy.

Flexy Idnk what he’s up to.

Holi visits the boards occasionally also super busy.

The one guy I wonder about is 454SS. We were pretty close at one time. I haven’t heard from him in years. I hope he’s ok. Someone said he may have passed away. I really hope not
