  1. Been on DNP for the last two days did 100mgs yesterday because I am a pussy lol and 200mg this morning. I have been weighing it  out with a scale and wrapping it up in a small piece of fruit roll up, then downing it fast. Along with my post workout meal. 

    My problem is right after I take it I feel incredibly sick. Identical to the feeling you get were you spent a whole night binge drinking and just want to puke. Within an hour both times I had an urge that came out of nowhere, to go #2 in the washroom. Right after I felt fine again.

    any tips to make this easyer? I understand that I am literally taking poison, so it might be something I will just have to deal with for a short time. I am working out fasted right now so maybe my pwo meal isn’t enough? Should I take it later in the day?

  2. Ordered Friday and I got it this morning. This has to be a record for me lol. It will be a little while before I get to use the test. I have a shitload to get through, but I will be doing a short run with the DNP real soon, so I will be able to give a review of that in the near future.

  3. So I had a bad year shoulder injury and health problems. I recently got everything in check including my shoulder. It is now a 100% once again just not yet where I used to be strength wise with pressing movements. 

    Decided January 1st I was going to get in shape again. I was natural for a year at 205ibs at about 20%bf. Pre injury I was on average at about 210-220 at about 15% bf at 6ft tall and fairly ectomorphic.  

    Fast forward to today I am on a cycle 500mgs test e and 200mgs masterone e a week for the last 7 weeks. I went from training weights 4x a week to 6. Also went from zero cardio to an hour a day 6 times a week. I upped my training volume from 10 sets a body part to 15-20 sets as well. 

    I am eating 2000-2200 cals a day all clean Ezekiel bread, brown rice, fish, chicken breast and almonds. I have counted every calorie including some of the miscellaneous ones that get in here and there. 

    My issue is after 7 weeks I am still floating between 195-197 ibs. I am not sure if my metabolism has stalled? I am recovering great from workouts. My endurance is skyrocketing, I am also making sure to stay in a reasonable heart rate. 

    Other theory is maybe because I am coming off of injury I could possibly be fairly undertrained on top of having such a long break from gear that I am responding well and somehow gaining in a deficit? 

    Could just be impatient I feel like I look to have leaned out, but I am still a little off from where I want to be.

  4. I don’t know what’s with this drug, but 3 weeks ago my bp was borderline bad. Now on just 15mgs a day I was 122/70 down from my average of135-155 over 85-90. I have been doing more cardio recently, but that couldn’t entirely account for this. I have never ever been this low and my hr went down for 75-85 average to 65 as well.

    I was about to use it, but I saw the same study somewhere on rats. Significant heart growth on the Madol group. No Heart growth on the test P group. Makes me to paranoid to try it.

    He didn’t really say. It was in or near the gay part of Toronto so straight dudes like him were outnumbered as far as clients and probably even staff. He would get eye fucked too much during the day it the change room, so he tried going at night. It went well at first, but he happened upon a lot raunchier shit lol, so eventually just started changing and showering in his apartment.

    I know a guy that used to go to a GoodLife in downtown Toronto. He walked in on a lot of gay shit late at night in the locker room.

  8. i sometimes wonder about the entire concept of employment. Things are becoming so automated now that real jobs will only be held by a very few. Are we going to move to some sort of 20hr govt assisted work week so everyone can have a job? Maybe pump more money into welfare? what about the people on welfare now popping out kids like crazy? How will we control that lol.

     

    i give it about 15 years before transports and taxis are self driving.

  9. I don’t notice looks very often. I am the worst at reading attraction from females. When I was single I would just go up to a girl and go um your hot. I am awkward as fuck and completely gameless in those situations, but for some reason it worked more often then not. I never had a the slightest hint that they liked me most of the time. I was just a horny fuck and it was the only way I knew how to get laid lol

    Funny story about useless govt jobs, last year my wife was called twice a day for months by someone from a govt tax program. Apparently they wanted small businesses to let them come over and volunterally go over their books to make sure they were paying taxes right. Who would be stupid enough to let someone comb through your business if you had no legal obligation? These guys are probably getting paid 70k a year to get ignored on a phone all day.

  11. They will do what they did in my town. Close the factories that paid a living wage then move in minimum wage call  centres. Then city hall will tell everyone how hard they worked to get these call centres here, and to stop being ungrateful because a jobs a job lol.

  12. It is pretty bad. When I was a young kid there were 25 dollar an hour factory jobs everywhere in Ontario. From the time I went to college and beyond those jobs went to temp agencies paying barely over min wage. A combination of free trade with China and a tax hungry govt fucked us hard. I know people who have spent up to 5 years after graduating university working in fast food. If GM closes I can think of 2 factories directly linked that pay an ok wage that will also close in my area.

    Went back today after drinking a gallon of water a day for 3 weeks. I tested at 76 this time. So it’s slowly getting better. Doctor that was on thinks that my steroid use has caused permanently damage. Just got a call now requesting I go back for a urine sample.

    Do the rest of you guys get this reaction after getting bloods? I was talking to a guy I know, dudes 260 on multiple grams at a time year round. He was like “maybe you are fucked mine is always 90+”. I was like fuck you my online friends say my number is normal lol. 

    Any tips for the urine test should I take a couple of days to eat low protein diet or just test as is? I am guessing protein is what they are testing. I haven’t really even gone over a gram of protein  per Ib lately.

    Got testested 2 weeks ago everything seems fine except for egfr. I bought a one gallon jug of water and I have been drinking it every day since my last test. I think I will get another blood test Monday I worked out today so I don’t know if thAt would be enough time off between now and then. Also limit protein a bit

    60 is listed as some type of mild kidney damage, but cause for concerns comes when the value lowers (like 30 and under). 

    Try drinking a minimum of 4L per day, perhaps lower your protein intake as well - but for kidney function you really need to look at "lifestyle" changes, not quick fixes. 

    No he never really explained it. He made it sound like it was a serious problem though.

  17. So about 3 months ago my bloods were all fuckered. I have been off of everything since and today almost everything was in perfect range except for my egfr.

    Last time it was 67

    This time it’s 72

    The paper said anything under 98 and over 60 means mild kidney impairment.

    Usually I wouldn’t think much of it, but this is my second test. I have also not taken a protein shake in about 2 months. I am starting to think of quitting juice permanently. I will try and drink a crazy amount of water and trying again in a couple of weeks. I think I drink enough, but maybe not. I am at a loss here.
