    Idk about the best beer. I've tried a lot of good lagers in germany. But belgium chocolate is deffenitly the best!!!

    Im my 32 years of lifting I havent spent more than $50 on supplements.

    Just take your meal after workout... ecerythim else is good.

    Different programs have differing views of course. Vitargo is very popular in the NHL for instance.  For whatever reason.

    NFL I have no experience with but CFL teams also use vitargo a great deal as Well as karbolyn and some are using HBCD now.

    MLB and minor leagues are all different based on the team itself and who they have endorsements with.  

    Yeah but thats minimal consunption. It does not make difference. And my doctor told that 😄

  5. I only exclude bread from my diet and I cut down 6kg from my body in 4 months. Normally working out... thats all. Btw fast cutting of weight is very unhealthy. It can get u all kinds of diseases like diabetis etc. 

  6. Well, disc issues are serious in question of pain. But if u dont want to feel a lot of pain just sit on your knees and strach on your stomach (forwards). Its very very temporary solution. This help becaise theres a nerv between 2 of your disks and its pinched from them. This is where the pain come from. When you strach forward actually you are streching your disks and the nerv is getting more relaxed. Whatever I say here. The only REAL cure is operation.

  7. actually no,many people have reported the injectable to be much more stronger than the tab. I have read on a few boards that the inject vs tab is night and day of a difference. Many people swear only by inject

    kind of like how people still prefer inj winny > oral
