  1. thanks. the fat on my waist isn't helping things. I bought some protein. Whenever snack time rolls around 'M going to take 1 scoop protein instead of food.
  2. thankyou. here is today 70 pound hammer curl still got 20 inch arms cold.
  3. thing is guys there wont be a decrease in weight til march when they lower a medication. i'll try to lose 10 but when the decrease comes i'll probably lose 15 in 2 months.

  5. I'm tempted to get some weightloss meds or run some sustanon. I started at 380 pounds took 2 years to get down to 255. I look best around 220 natural and 245 cruising.

  10. new prs 150sx3 db shrug, 160x3 single leg extensions.
  11. biceps back traps tomorrow gonna play with the 70s on curl then cut the weight in half and do half curls at the top which is my sticking point. when I'm done with biceps I'm gonna grab the 150s for some shrugs and run the rack down to 105s. Back should be fun too.
