Hey guys,

Week 1 Day 1: Bench/upper body

Comp Bench: 500x2x1, 515x1, 515x2
Close grip bench: 5x8-12
Lat pulldowns: 5x12-15
Db row: 4x12-15
Db incline press: 4x24 (holding both db up, right arm for 8, left for 8 then both for 😎
Banded tricep ext: 2x100

This is a typical day for me for heavy bench day,  I have a 2nd day later in the week that focuses on more volume.  I feeling really good, healthy, injury free starting this prep.  12 weeks out and the goal is 2200 total.

I have been off gear for the last 2 months as well.  Looking forward to jumping back on this Friday.  If anyone is interested int he cycle Ill be running please do not hesitate to ask.

Whoa whoa whoa... is that a typo LOL 515lb bench? Thats crazy my friend.

Whats your height/weight?? I'm also curious to know your cycle history/plans?

I love seeing people successful in their discipline and knowing more about what they do.

@Corey5150 when I saw 500 my rotator cuff hurt instantly just thinking about that weight but gotta keep my manhood up lol

I've managed a 495 before... and this was when I was at my strongest, I remember throwing up 465 for a fairly easy 3, unracked the 495 and the instant feeling of "oh shit this is heavy" hit me lol

Lol, no typo my man.  My best lifts are Squat: 790, Bench:550, Dead:765

I just started this cycle.  Im currently running Test E 400, (800mg per week), Tren E 200 (400mg per week) and anadrol 50(1 tab per day).  Im usually pretty basic with things.  I might add in deca depending on my recovery and pain level.
