Goodman1900 Posted November 14, 2019 Share Posted November 14, 2019 Hey guys,  Week 1 Day 1: Bench/upper body Comp Bench: 500x2x1, 515x1, 515x2 Close grip bench: 5x8-12 Lat pulldowns: 5x12-15 Db row: 4x12-15 Db incline press: 4x24 (holding both db up, right arm for 8, left for 8 then both for Banded tricep ext: 2x100 This is a typical day for me for heavy bench day, I have a 2nd day later in the week that focuses on more volume. I feeling really good, healthy, injury free starting this prep. 12 weeks out and the goal is 2200 total.  I have been off gear for the last 2 months as well. Looking forward to jumping back on this Friday. If anyone is interested int he cycle Ill be running please do not hesitate to ask. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Whoa whoa whoa... is that a typo LOL 515lb bench? Thats crazy my friend. Whats your height/weight?? I'm also curious to know your cycle history/plans?
