  1. Latest CP update.

With our network currently facing unprecedented backlogs, customers can continue to expect delivery delays for the next several weeks.

    Our current outlook is:

    • for parcels: Deliveries will continue but be delayed during the peak holiday season and into January 2019. Existing backlogs are expected to worsen this week due to high volumes from Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales.
    • for Lettermail: The backlog should be cleared and deliveries current before December 25.
    • for International parcels: Delays are likely to stretch into March of 2019. International items will require screening by the Canada Border Services Agency. We are working in partnership with them to manage the significant existing backlog.
    • for direct marketing mail: We expect to be current before December 25, but some delays may occur and time-sensitive pieces will be delivered on a best-effort basis.

Once Canada Post receives mail or parcels from customers, it is processing and delivering on a first-in, first-out basis.

  2. The elimination half-life of a drug is defined as the time it takes for the concentration of the drug in the plasma or the total amount in the body to be reduced by 50%. In other words, after one half-life, the concentration of the drug in the body will be half of the starting dose.

With each additional half-life, proportionally less of the drug is eliminated. However, the time required for the drug to reach half of the original concentration remains constant.

From a clinical standpoint, it is a safe assumption that a drug is effectively eliminated after 4-5 half-lives.

The elimination half-life is a useful parameter as it provides an accurate indication of the length of time that the effect of the drug persists in an individual.

This thread popped into my head when doing some mind numbing drywall and sanding.

    How about a cruise/TRT blend of 200mg Test E/C with 200 Mast E?

Might be a good marketing angle. Call it ‘Cruiser400’ or something like that.

    Test E 150 + Mast E 250 = 400 mgs of excellence... ?

Not sure though if it will hold 250mg Mast E.

I think it will be frickin awesome!

    - My experience I try many times to use oral’s with disaster result  on liv52  milk thistle  my liver enzyme always shoot up by 500+  so I stop using oral’s  when that doctor told me that Tudca was almost the same thing as the medication I take in supplement form I give a shot at my surprise my enzyme have stay normal since , I am on a Anadrol cycle after the 6 week I will post the blood result.

Can you post your multiple result of  men or woman using liv.52 on AAS please?

I did not know about your medical condition. Sorry to hear that.

I have been using Liv52 for a long time now, and it has definitely helped me along the way.  My liver is not the strongest, I had a severe case of Hepatitis (jaundice) when I was younger.

I just posted a thread about Liv 52 and link to some of the studies.

  6.  Liv.52, a poly-herbal formulation is designed for the treatment and management of liver disorders and is one of world’s top-selling herbal drugsIt increases protein (albumin) synthesis, normalizes liver function tests and shortens disease recovery period. It also restores the functional activity of the liver by cellular regeneration and improves appetite.

    Pharmacological actions of Liv.52:

Hepatoprotective action: The natural ingredients in Liv.52 exhibit potent hepatoprotective properties against chemically-induced hepatotoxicity. It restores the functional efficiency of the liver by protecting the hepatic parenchyma and promoting hepatocellular regeneration. The antiperoxidative activity of Liv.52  prevents the loss of functional integrity of the cell membrane, maintains cytochrome P-450 enzyme system. Liv.52 increases glucose uptake, enhances fatty acid metabolism, possesses antioxidant effect, and thus decreases fat accumulation in the liver. These actions synergistically help in preventing non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). In pre-cirrhotic conditions, Liv.52 arrests the progress of cirrhosis and prevents further liver damage.

Liv. 52 DS Mechanism of Action - How Does Liv. 52 DS Work

The robust antioxidant property of Liv. 52 makes it a strong detoxifying agent which counteracts the different types of toxins and poisonous substances present in water, food, air and medications. Treatment with Liv.52 tablets regulate the hepatic enzyme levels, improve absorption and enhance the functional effectiveness of the liver. Liv. 52  rehabilitate the functional efficiency of the liver by guarding the hepatic parenchyma from impairment and supporting the improvement of liver cell regeneration.
Liv. 52 enables quick elimination of acetaldehyde, the toxic intermediate metabolite that is formed as a result of alcohol metabolism, and safety from hepatic damage which arises a result of alcohol consumption. Liv. 52 moderate the lipotropic activity in patients suffering from the medical condition of chronic alcoholism, and prevents the penetration of fats into the liver. Liv. 52 sustain the standard levels of serum cholesterol, lipoproteins, phospholipids, and triglycerides through its cholesterol-controlling action. In pre-cirrhotic circumstances, Liv. 52 stops the development of the disease and inhibits further liver injury. As an everyday health enhancement tablet, Liv. 52 DS tablets boost appetite, the digestion and assimilation processes, and stimulate weight gain.

Liv 52 is backed by almost 250 clinical studies. In 2004, a meta-analysis of 50 Phase III clinical trials, conducted over 30 years on 4,490 patients, was carried out to evaluate the long-term efficacy and safety of Liv.52 in hepatitis A. The cumulative data analysis revealed clinical and biochemical improvements with significant symptomatic control. In addition, there was highly significant reduction in the mean recovery period. Liv.52 is the only herbal drug with a meta-analysis study

    Side effects:

Liv.52 is not known to have any side effects if taken as per the prescribed dosage.
