  1. Go see a naturopath doctor. You'll have to pay for your tests as the ones you want wouldn't likely be covered by provincial health insurance, but you'll get what you're asking plus a more supportive health professional.

  2. I remember talking with Greg years and years ago back in the old ripped canadian days as he was an up and comer and into his pro card.  Guy got into a mess years ago with the law but seems to have bounced back better than ever and his channel already has over 65,000 subscribers!  He is one of those guys who has the knowledge of a scientific background (masters in kinesiology) with lots of nutrition courses, is an IFBB pro, and has tons of experience so can weed through the shite and call people out for what it is, and really is honest to goodness no bullshit.

plus his anabolic french toast is insanely awesome!

give his channel a spin especially with his latest vids!

  3. My cruise is 200 mg of test.  This is prescribed by my endo.  But even before I started seeing him I was doing 200 and felt great and 'normal'.  Everything always comes back great for bloods.

I have thought about trying a cruise of test and 100-200 mg deca, but since i'm going to be doing a long offseason deca cycle it wouldn't be healthy for me to run that year long I suppose.

Health is what's top priority in cruising.

  4. Now that we're into the final month of a beautiful (at least for us) summer, i'd like to get people thinking about their fitness/health or an overall life goal that they'd like to work on as the year is on the back end.

For myself, I had a successful dieting run trying a few different things and learning about my body further.  My wife starts her third year of university at York so i'll be Mr. Dad for 3 days a week as she travels 2-2.5 hours away there and back, so trying to adjust my training and adding size without getting too fat will be my goal, while still keeping up to the crazy daily life tasks.

  5. I've sort of rediscovered this as a student of mine did a presentation for our clinic on the benefits of BFR (blood flow restriction) training for patients with knees post surgically and with general pathology.  Bodybuilding was always ahead but they couldn't explain why it worked (bro science).  So I dug into a bit and found a significant amount of research as to how it works.

In a nutshell, but occluding venous flow but not arterial, you create a huge metabolic stress on the tissue.  The two spots would be upper arm and quad (therapuetically it is also done just above the knee, but NEVER along the calf to ensure prevention of deep vein thrombosis). The ideal pressure is to be 20% less pressure from maximum arterial restriction (So you'd have to have a specific guage measuring until your pulse drops, then cut back 20%).  You then train at around 40-60% of the max to preserve safety and structual integrity. Compression should be alleviated after every set or two to allow normal blood flow, but literature suggests that a maximum of 5 minutes of compression can be done before you start causing destruction to the tissue.

Well spank my ass and call me charlie, this gave me the craziest pumps i've ever had even after the first exercise. I just used my knee wraps as it's a wide strap and it's unsafe to use a 1" tourniquet style (minimum 2").  I've done legs twice, and today was arms for the first time.  From shoulder to wrist I could feel enormous blood flow and the vascularity was unlike i've ever seen.  Using lighter weights is an absolute necessity and it gives off the benefits of using maximum weight.  I can see this as a game changer for my off season training with combination of normal training with this.

Has anyone else ever used this method before?  It's creeping into the light a bit now with the medical community but haven't see much in bodybuilding, despite overwhelming evidence of it increasing mass.

I also do Proviron with Tren it help a lot! the only bad side of provision of course is super oily skin 😞

I never really noticed the oily skin with it?? I guess when it's really hot and humid I break out a little bit more, but I was also only running 50 mg of proviron a day.

This stanolone is been awesome shit for sure! I haven't even done the inject yet just the oral.

  7. So my cycle has winded down. Took my last tren shot Monday. Off my orals by this weekend. 3 weeks until blood work and I see my Endo on August 14. On the milk thistle, continued cardio and eating well with no cheats until next Wednesday where we are heading to great wolf lodge in Niagara falls for a couple of days. I'll show them what a real dad bod looks like at 36 😉

I'll do a full write up soon on this awesome summer shred but here are a few more pics at 224 today.

  8. Amazing what a tattoo clean up and expansion can do to improve confidence my physique. I feel more balanced/symmetrical. I also feel a lot more healthy leaning down to a good beach leanness without going extreme. I can eat good food, have some drinks, but ultimately I'm still responsible for my look at all times. I will rebound faster than dodgeball on a kids' face if I don't behave! Welcome to summer 2019!

  9. Nice and full 222 lbs today! Had a great weekend with the wife and now looking vascular as shit.

Started taking my stanolone today, Winny next week. Off clen this week.  The stanolone is something absolutely new for me so I have both tablets and the injectable kind. I will take one tab a day for the first week then see how I feel if I should goto two, or stick to one and use the inject on training days only.

  10. This is frustrating as hell.  First, i've put up a couple of new photos.  Weight on saturday morning was 222.  Felt lean and dry.  Due to shit happening at the house, i only got 3 meals in..breakfast at 8, supper at 5, then i had a bagel with peanut butter and honey at 8 pm.  One glass of wine and a ceasar.  Sunday morning, 228 lbs.  WHAT THE FUCK?!!?  I did great training, 30 mins of cardio, 2 long walks with my wife and kids yesterday, as well as outdoor work.  Hit my meals yesterday and I woke up to 229.

This is unbelievable.  I don't understand why the hell i'm so carb sensitive.  I came off the clen for 3 days and is that all it takes to put on that much water?!
Next week I start winny and stanolone.

  11. 225.6 this morning.  Reduced my carbs lower to first 3 meals of day, ending by mid afternoon, then only protein/fat for last couple of meals.  Ballooned up to 232 over the weekend from having just 2 extra cheat meals (Sushi and extra potatoes for mothers day  and no desserts).  Back on 100 mcg of clen from the starting gate, it's on day 2 today, and will go for 2 weeks.
It's hard to gauge how i look into the mirror as i'm still holding water.  I'm definitely not used to this kind of dieting as keto had given me that dry, albeit flat, look until carb ups, and the visuals were much faster.  Trying to keep my head clear and objective as much as possible, and will take more photos on saturday when deciding whether to go into keto or not...but hope to christ not this time.

  12. phew...on 800 mg of tren

I'm hot...i feel a little bit of anxiety...i'm keeping the sweats and insomnia under control.  But damn i'm fucking hot.  Will see how it goes another couple of weeks to determine if i can handle this.  Had my first big carb up this weekend aside from a meal once a week.  I'm finding dieting on carbs to be much more difficult than on keto that's for sure.  I may be switching to keto here real soon....

    DId you include proviron yet?

yea i just said it in my post.  Proviron is doing it's job helping me keep the water low and the sex drive uber high.

and when your wife looks like this..how could you not like the added benefit??

  14. So starting this week I'm upping my tren to 800 mg a week.  I've tolerated the 600 mg really well and for the remaining two months (bringing it up to 16 weeks) i'm goign to try the 800 tren with the 200-250 test.  Proviron has been working well keeping me going at 50 mg a day over 2 doses.  Clen was doubled this week to adjust to effects, then after a week off i'll start on 100 mcg.   Taking adex at 0.5 mg e2-3d.

WIth me being on this, and the wife being on her own 12.5 mg of test prop e3d, we've been fucking like rabbits it's been ridiculous....and with her being in her mid 30's, in her prime, she's been more freaky nasty than we've ever been in our relationship...sooooooooooooooo bonus points!!
