So starting this week I'm upping my tren to 800 mg a week.  I've tolerated the 600 mg really well and for the remaining two months (bringing it up to 16 weeks) i'm goign to try the 800 tren with the 200-250 test.  Proviron has been working well keeping me going at 50 mg a day over 2 doses.  Clen was doubled this week to adjust to effects, then after a week off i'll start on 100 mcg.   Taking adex at 0.5 mg e2-3d. 

    WIth me being on this, and the wife being on her own 12.5 mg of test prop e3d, we've been fucking like rabbits it's been ridiculous....and with her being in her mid 30's, in her prime, she's been more freaky nasty than we've ever been in our relationship...sooooooooooooooo bonus points!!

    Does your girl train and eat according to the lifestyle that would warrant using testosterone? Does she suffer from any conditions like endometriosis, irregular heavy periods and pain, or other gynecological issues?  

    Absolutely DO NOT just start loading test into a woman because she wants to be more horny.  That'll backfire.  

    Other than that - 10 mg of test prop (use insulin syringe to 10 IU if using a 100 IU) every 3-4 days.  That's plenty.  And she better be aware of sides of acne, mood changes, differences in bleeding patterns, enlarged clit, losing hair, etc.

  3. Weight has held steady at 230 lb. I've been out of course in Kitchener-Waterloo for the weekend. So it's really hard to get my meals in. I managed to pack enough for the main meals but ended up going for some beautiful sushi last night. Now that Easter and this course are out of the way, I'm able to put my energy into dieting a bit harder and leaning down further another 10 to 15 lb. The cycle is going great. I am filling up. Leaning out slowly. I feel really good on this cycle.

    I'm running my tren i think total 14-16 weeks.  I always run longer tren.  I handle it quite well.  Sides are the same between both IMO, but if you can't handle them they last longer for tren E than A obvoiusly.

  5. Big cheat day yesterday! Entered in the annual chicken wing eating contest held by an amazing local pub for our local hospital charity. 

    Won the first year, didn't compete last year as it was weeks before my show, but entered and dominated again this year!

    55 wings in 30 mins. Was on track for cracking 60 but the 4th plate of ten had some pretty scalding wings and burned the roof of my mouth so it messed up my mojo!

    So even though I didn't get gold in bodybuilding, I am a damn gold medalist for eating wings around here!! Lol

    Weight up from 229 to 232. Need to do some cardio Jesus lol.

  6. Scale hasn't moved much this week. I think I'm leaning out and growing into this cycle though.

    Strength is nuts. Pulled a solid 495 for 3 today deadlifting and feel really good. 

    Easter weekend will be hard on the diet with all the family stuff but honestly I'm not stressing.  I'm not doing a show so I have no time commitment to get lean.

  7. Early wake up flat shot. Leaning out. Back to 229 and on next clen wave. 

    One thing that I've noticed a huge difference with high tren is the gawd damn heat. I honestly feel like I'm on DNP with this shit. Obviously it's good ass tren. But I'm roasting all day. Had to buy a bottle of drysol to cook my pits so they don't sweat anymore and wreck my clothes. But damn it's good stuff and I'm quite noticeably vascular and strong. Love it so far!

Did a right delt shot last night with my last but of tren base, then my normal 200 mg of tren e and 200 mg of test e.  Got a nice bleeder in my right delt but took it slow and other than shoulder soreness there was no cough!  now of course this had test mixed in so maybe that diluted it..who knows...but no cough today! we'll see how it goes on wednesdays shot

    I used to pin every day when i was doing my last contest prep.  But I was also using all props, bases, and acetates.  Not much of a point using an enanthate ester if you're doing daily injects.  I'll see how my shot goes tonight and report back haha.  But the freezer door will be immediately on my mind, and I wont' say a damn thing to my wife and see how that shit goes down lol

    and, yeah, my ex would pin and then just head right to the freezer.  i've also read guys use a inhaler too so, if you have one or can get your hands on one, it might help. 

     

    Pinning Monday Wednesday Friday, with the extra Sunday for the tren base to hit 4x a week.

    oh i don't do that!!! I call her over just to watch me to make sure I don't go belly up.  Once she sees i'm ok she leaves me be.  That's a shitty thing to happen though...sorry you went through that 😞

    next time IF it i happens i'll see if I can not die on my way to the freezer lol

    WIfe just rolls her eyes at me now and just makes sure i'm really not dying.  But I think I have it figured out how it happens, at least to me; if i inject too fast.  The BT stuff flows so smooth, and I remember the last time I had tren, the worst cough fit ever, I thought I put it too quick.  Well last 3 weeks it's been good, and i've kept it slow.  Tonight, I completely forgot (durr), jammed it in my arse, and pushed in the plunger...FFS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Now the ol' lungs are a bit wispy tonight...head was foggy for about a half hour after the shot.  Survived another one.

     

    PS....guess that makes the tren legit???

    Your cycle looks perfect,if you get the opportunity,please try to add some proviron for one week and you will notice the difference. @GameChanger help the tank out

    Also your physique is perfect,you didnt end up doing the lets get fat bulk like most people do lol

    much thanks my man.  I really appreciate the honest compliment!  My wife wouldn't let me get fat lol.  But it doesn't feel good anyway!  
    But I tell ya there's a HUGE difference already in sides...or lack thereof, comparing the high tren low test.  I feel the heat, there's a bit more sweat, a tiny bit of wakefulness, but shit there's none of the stuff you'd feel before. And i've never gone over 400 and now i'm plying the 600 E plus all the left over tren base i've had.  The next few weeks may make a difference as my body fully 'wakes' to the tren, but so far really so good!

  14. 229.4 today!! going down and down
    the clen is strong even at 50 mcg - feels good to get the jitters and the energy and burning the cals from it. I'd like to think based on these pictures I had a successfull offseason doing a combination of post comp rebound, 8 weeks of doggcrapp, and then training around a rehabing a shitty tennis elbow (which is about 80% again after rehitting it).

    I'm getting a lot of them..holy lol

    keeping test at 250 max and having the tren at 600 has done this...waking up frequently at night with rock hard ones.  The wife has been 'tickled pink' with it.  I feel definitely more manly and viral.  Heat is up, a little bit of sweating and acne, but kept under control.  The quick acting stuff is what's going on thorugh me now and I expect by end of this week the enanthate will really start kicking in.  Strength in the gym is noticeably improved and getting a fuller pump.  Looking leaner already too!

This morning I was just under 232.  Feel tighter.  I'm having a recurrent tennis elbow injury that i'm trying to recover and i'ts a real bitch when doing shoulder or any cable work.  Trying to work through it to keep the stim going so sometimes I have to come up with creative angles to get the muscle contraction without causing pain to my right lateral elbow.  

     

    I've had two tren E shots and as per suggestion, starting using an extra bottle of tren ace I had as well as some of BT's tren base.  Felt a little tingle in the lungs with last nights shots...fucking hate tren cough so I know it's going to come on strong one of these days.

     

    I also started 50 mcg of clen today.  Going to take a low dose long burn approach to this, likely 2 weeks on, 1 week off.  I found this most effective for me instead of 1 week on/off or days on/off.  

     

    25 mins of cardio 4-5 days a week to start.  So far so good starting.

  18. I love tren

    I usually run tren in my cycles.  I love the feeling, the sweats, the results. I missed out last fall because I ran it for a long time up to prep, so I gave a break.   Now I want back in.  This time, i'm going to do something different that i've never done before.  Low test High Tren.

    I've only ever run up to 400 mg of tren at a time.  For the last five weeks i've been running 1 g of test, and it's got me running better and stronger, starting to lean out a little more, so now i'm going to bring the test down and up the tren to see what this hubbub is all about.

    So for 12-14 weeks:

    Body Tech 200-250 mg of test enanthate

    Body Tech 600 mg of tren enanthate

    Body Tech clen low dose about 50 mcg 2 weeks on 1 week off

    ECA in between

    Diet will be about 2800 cals, 25 mins of cardio 4-5x a week with training.  As I get into it and leaner i'll probably slide back into keto dieting as it works quite well for me.

    So we'll see how this goes! A whole new experience for once!  I want to be ready for July 1 to look optimal, not contest ready but absolute beach ready.  36 is coming in June and I want to show those young 20 something'ers how it's done 😉

    oooo that's nasty my man.  They don't do those much anymore.  You may be in luck because (I assume) you're in good shape, are young, eat well, etc etc.  If cortisone, shockwave therapy, acupuncture, active release, stretches, strenghtening etc etc just won't do it, then this really is a last resort to alleviate pain.

    It could keep you out of the gym for 4-6 months of heavy lifting...100%

    But you'll be able to go in and train with other body parts, you will be doing rehab relatively soon afterwards.  When healed, you should have good function back but dont' ever expect to return to function like you were when you were 20-25.  Just isn't going to happen.  The point is to release the tendon/split it, insert it into a new spot, clean it up so it can contract without causing mechanical pain.  Proper rehab and recovery and TIME will allow you to have the best functional outcome.
