    I do want to up my fiber intake so I just ordered a jug of inulin. I figure an additional 10-15g of fiber should do it. Meal 4, on leg days I have gone to 2 wraps as well as always eating the rice at lunch. 

    Training: Still running a push/pull/legs split with runs in the PM (a few hours after the gym)

    Last night was leg night but I was short on time.  Here is what it came out to:

    Leg Extensions: Giant Set (single leg) 15kg x 50 per

    Leg Curls: Giant Set 30kg x 50

    Abduction Machine: Pyramid Set (half stack x 15, 3/4 stack x 15, full stack until my ass fell off)

    Adduction Machine: Same as above, but my sack fell off. 

    Leg Press (some ass was in the rack for a solid 45 min taking selfies) 50kg x 50, 100kg x 30, 150kg x 25, 200kg x 20, 250kg x 20/15/15/10.  I then dropped to 100kg and did 25 rep sets with 25 seconds rest until I could no long get 25 reps. 

    Landmine Squat: 75kg x 15, 15, 10, 8

    Sumo Deadlifts: 150kg x 15, 15, 15, 15

    Leg Curls: 45kg x 15, 15, 13, 10, 9

    Leg Extensions (single leg) 25kg  x 20, 20, 15, 14, 12, 60 second static 

    Hyper Extensions (bodyweight) 3 x failure-ish

    About 3 hours later I went for a run with the wife and hit just over 5km total. 

    Pic updates:  This is this AM at 112.2kg. So a weight gain over the previous photos. Sorry as I still try to work out getting the lighting and pose consistent. I threw in a lazy vacuum pose so you can see the stretch mark, loose skin on my mid/lower stomach. Good times. I don't know if I see any improvement vs last month, and any decline. That shoulder vein though does make me feel kinda good. On that note, I am a little lost as to were to go to next. I did increase may calories a little this last month, so maybe I need to drop them back down a little this month. Small progress is still progress, but I am hoping to get more aggressive with it come the new year as far as diet and supplements (as that is when I am assuming I can get home and look at stocking up on some goods)

    Man your doing great brother honestly this is an amazing log sorry for not commenting earlier but you are def tightening up its amazing to seen.   I had same issues with stomach a few months ago.   Keep at it bro you are kicking ass.

    the same happens to guys who dirty bulk and gain 10-15 lbs of fat, when they diet down, they will notice their top abs being shredded while having big issues around the belly button and lower.    
     

    I mentioned before I’ve used a strict pre contest style diet on some clients with great results to blast that fat behind the loose skin.   Those are ancient fat stores, and you’ll notice when you bulk again you’ll start storing fat in different areas and not so much the belly.   One guy I coached just for getting bigger and losing his fat, I trained him for 8 months, he dropped from a 40inch waist to a 33 inch waist, and was lean and big (for him). He was dead set on losing that fat behind his belly skin so I put him on a 6 week, 1800 cal keto style diet with cardio and it blasted that last bit of fat.  He just had that loose skin, which in turn became thinner after losing the ancient fat stores and water behind the skin.   He maintains his leanness now and his skin has tightened up a year later.

    This is sooooooooo on point its not funny and is one of the most accurate explanations I've read.   I am and was going through this exact same thing and as time goes on the skin seems to have just slowly shrunk its insane.  I went from a 41 inch waist to a 32 and yes thats a lot of skin but its fact this can happen.

Weight is holding steady now as 179 so im getting the weight back up and continuing to actually appear leaner in the mid section.   I have not upped my doses yet still slowly increasing calories now at 2k a day from 1300.   So I am am not backing off the cardio period until I know that the weight gain doesn't start until I'm more around the 2500 to 2800 calorie mark i will slowly reduce the intensity and move my cardio to walks on incline for 1hr each morning than head to the gym for weights.    I am really looking forward to trying this clean bulk.   

  4. Another run down in the books ran 5 k in 5min 30 sec km avg pace.   Came home ate the bran and eggs from breakfast than had eggs and toast at lunch i had a chicken breast and black beans and rice 

     

    At the gym was chest day and I followed as aways the Seth foroce chest routine as that seems to really work for me.  Now I'm home dying on the couch waiting for my next meal.   Weight today 179 so moving up the scale as I add calories back 

  5. This was my run today i did the 5 k in 27 min and had to walk/crawl home after I really pushed today.     Ate 3 whole eggs 4 whites than added 1/2cup bran buds.   Lunch was chicken breasts and avocado toast. Hitting weights shortly. Its a arm and a day

    The fiber has been a huge game changer during the cut because its very low on cals as i eat pure bran buds.   1 cup a day split up over 2 or 3 servings.  I had no problems cutting calories as low as 1200 a day as the bran kept me full.  The guts work better than ever and inflamatiom and cholesterol are low to the point they pulled me off Crestor

  7. So today was my cheat meal. Woke up had 1/2 cup of bran buds with whole milk.  Had 6 egg whites.  Took 25mg of my proviron I added and went about my day lunch was a chicken breast with beans and rice and plenty of cashews and almonds through the day.    I had my cheat meal 3 slices of meat lovers pizza and now feel like absolute death.    I am at the point now where I am DONE with cheat meals.  I believe they are messing up my body more than being a treat.   Not sure of anyone else finds this to be the case when you've eaten super clean for months almost feel like a hangover

    The slow addition to calories approach is best.  Then you can easily find your sweet spot of muscle gain vs fat gain.   I’m a firm believer in finding that sweet spot, and not just throwing in 5k + calories down your throat in the name of “bulking”.  Don’t get me wrong, that approach definitely works for the more hard core guys who are running high doses, and throwing in HGH and insulin to become mass monsters.   Bulking is SO much easier than cutting lol.  I do hate how people blow up on a bulk just to lose half their gainz when they have to crash diet to lose fat lol.    
     

    This way you can add the calories, see what’s working and what’s not working and adjust.  I prefer the “gaintain” approach, of picking a body fat % that you like, and add just enough calories to maintain conditioning while adding lean muscle mass.   It also looks way more impressive too.   You already look amazing, and you’re going to look immortal once those gains start coming in.

    Thanks man I've been getting some amazing advice lately and actually taking it i was king if the dirty bulk and ya i was big but I wanna say definitely not healthy on the inside.   I am enjoying this new journey and love playing around with this and really enjoying the fact that I'm constantly learning and evolving.  I swear to god its actually so much easier to do it this way.    Dirty bulking like you said is just a fucking waste of money and ill be honest I never ever wanna have to cut 40 fuckin pounds again ever. Sure I was big 18 19 inch arms but I had plaque in my arteries in my neck FfS at 30 lol.     Let's just say I have learned from my ways and am now determined to help others not follow down my path.   I am jelious though of those guys that can eat a fridge every day and look amazing i unfortunately get fat just looking at a burger lol  

  9. Now comes the fun im going to slowly ramp up the calories and start adding muscle again.   Im going to ramp the calories up slowly as my stomach is def going to need time to adjust from IF.    I'm going to ramp calories up over the next 2 months to avoid the risk of getting skinny fat lol

    Right before I went I did some band work though... I hope to God things just get better.

    Bro it took me literaly 20 years to figure this out.  I started gear at 20 like a fucking idiot and figured I could eat dirty bulk and shed in the summer ya the issue is cutting is hard fucking work and you can blow thousands on gear which you may as well flush down the fucking toilet.     Gear is like nitrous oxide you wouldn't run your car on it daily or you'll blow your engine its used to get your engine past its normal ability for a short burst.    I believe whole heartedly that food is like gas.   My sports car runs on high test i would never put regular in it.   So why would I put regular shit food in my body.    I have seen the light brother and seen the error of my ways all these years.   I feel literally 20 fucking years old again and honestly am regretting retiring now as I feel better than I did 2 years ago when I decided to retire.    I believe more than ever that fiber and eating nothing processed i mean even salt added has really been the key.   I upped dietary fats we use lard and butter and mct oils only other oil is pure olive oil.   Carbs come from the ground only mainly rice beans and sweet potato with alot of kale spinach broccoli and asparagus.     Meats mainly pork rib eyes, chicken breast, orange roughy or cod, and beef is tenderloins or sirloin cuts

  13. ⁹What a fucking great DAY.   I have the tren dialed in Dr hooked me up with Valium for sleep and the no carbs after 6 with a lower dose of test has been magic i added a small amount of EQ to help with the V02 im now sitting with a V02 of 44 fitness age is 20 not bad for a 42 year old vet with horrible joints 

    Ran 9.4 k in about 53 minutes according to GPS heart rate never went above 144bpm 

    I am as lean as I have ever been in my life I have really noticed a difference adding the soluable fiber of 50 to 60g a day in the form of bran buds and a small bit of rasin bran on cardio days and 3 whole eggs. Today's lunch will be 1 8 oz pork rib eye BBQ and 1 cup Jasmin rice with 3/4 cup of black turtle beans.   Dinner a 6oz fillet mignon and a sweet potato with a few deviled eggs using avocado mayo.    Then I'll have my cricket protein shake before bed.  Here is a pic taken this morning im not sitting at a 177 pounds im going to guess 9 to 10% bf

    Bro trust me run double makes a app called couch to 5k.   I was always a pretty decent runner but when I had a health scare in 2017 I was 2 years of no cardio well hard caddio so I had to build back up from 0 all while in a high level unit so I had no time to play around this app got the job more than done.

     

    Thanks brother im going to back the cardio off when I bulk to lighter tempo runs as ik doing in more so in the bulk to control fluds salt and help when needed to get rid of calories if i eat too much.   Im seriosuly looking forward to this bulk as im soooooo happy with this cut so far ill put pics up this week but I'm safely in the single digits for BF now if not ill be shocked 

  15. Ok bodyweight down now to 177.  So iam very very close to my favorite time of year the fall BULK.    

     

    The running has been wow just amazing with the added 50g a day of soluble fiber in the way of bran buds has been wow just insane and made the cutting that much easier.  Its worked well too ran a 31 min 5.5k run and now heading to basement for weight trng and core

Went on a long slow run today and have to say I can tel the joints are drier than normal yoooouch it hurt got 6.5 k done in 35 min but I assure you my elbows neck and knees were screaming as were my kidneys.   I am going to dial back the ling runs and keep it slower pace and shorter distance as this tren is telling me NO.    Sleep i forget what that is I fall asleep at 9pm and wake up at midnight then may fall back asleep around 4 am till 8.  Thank God im retired

    Hit weights arm day at 1 pm

    Ate a half chicken and sweet potatoes 

    Snack at bedtime will be protein and fat based as no carbs after 5

    .5 cc tren ace in a.m.  hit 2 providing tabs spread out 8 hrs apart

    I would agree hard to tell but my diets clean my crp should be below 3.   Ive been as  high as the 20s so if this is a flair I am curious to know maybe it's food maybe its the cbd keeping it lower.  I am so curious

    as far as the suggestion for sleep, cutting carbs at last meal.  I don’t know if there’s any science behind that, but it helps me and a few others I’ve suggested it to.  I over heat like crazy on tren, and cutting the carbs 3-4 hours before bed helped with the racing mind, and night sweats associated with it.   Hope it goes well bro!  If anything else, get that doc to write you a script for 150mg trazadone, and you’ll sleep like an infant sucking on mommas nipple lol.  

    Tried trazidone Valium and starnoch nothing really stops the night sweats for sure ill try the carbs last night i tried it slept 5 hours and pretty dry overall so I have to think there is something to it because when I consume my rice and beans I notice I get warm and sweaty after usually 40 to 45 min.   I'm going to keep going with this for sure.  I WILL say that I had blood drawn and CRP levels were at 8 meaning high after 2 weeks on tren i do have arthritis in joints so obviously my joints will keep an eye on it as it could also be from my 2 a day workouts too.    I do have an autoimmune issue that has shown swelling before but tha was at a 24 crp vs 8 soooo maybe tren is keeping the inflammation down more do than off or maybe i ts elevated it a small bit....time will tell its getting tested in another few weeks

    if I may give one small suggestion for the tren sides at night.  For me, if I cut carbs out all carbs on my last meal about 3-4 hours before I plan to sleep, I’ve found that I sleep better and don’t soak the bed near as much.  Could be worth a try.  But so far I’ve yet to find anything to help those lucid dreams.

Dude can't make this up man.  He even sent messages out telling everyone that we have to start paying for memberships but he will only allow you to work out based on appt and you can only book your times a week at a time.   Yaaaaaaa I went to canadian tire bought a ton of crap and workout on my deck and basement fuck that guy lol

Ya bro I hear you my wife is using sebutramine now and var.  She has done really well and for the meantime is just sticking with dieting and will be heading back to the gym once this stupid covid shit ends the gym owner here is a FuCK and wants us to pay membership fees and an additional 5 dollars a work out for cleaning fuck him ill work out at home.  Thats a pretty solid cycle for her test and girls freaks me out ive seen some real disasters happen.  I'm curious to see how she does over all but shit sounds like she is kicking ass  she's gotta be seriously dialed in now
