I have this down to a science brother my body seems to do amazing on 1600 to 2k calories.  I am not going for the big bulk just preserve my muscle I have I take 250mg test for trt.  And find that helps should any canabolization take place only times I up cals is if I work out or run.   The 1600 calories takes into account food I burned running and weight training also so I never end up starving.  I am a guy that loves to torture myself for the art of bro science hahaha

Okay folks I'm running a pep only cycle NOT SPONSORED I wanna see whT these peps are all about.  Starting weight 206 from the damn tren.  Test will be at 250 mg per week on cruise as 100mg is just not cutting it for me since dropping tren I had to up the test. All gear if or when added is vortex.  My happy lab

     

    Waist 33 inches

    Arms 16.5

    Chest 50

    Height 5 10 

    Diet will be closest I can get to 1600 cals a day as again i am working on getting below 10% bf and keep muscles from atrophy from. The low cal diet.  Will adjust calories as needed and will do weekly weigh ins and adjust stats as we progress.  Lets see what we have with peps.

    You can say that again.  I am on edge everytime i run tren so i have had to find ways to burn off the aggression.  I tend to burn myself out hard in the gym so I am too tired to fight lol

    It does for sure.  I really had a rough go health wise 2 years ago and was lucky to pull through and I swore if I recovered I would never let that happen again.   And I'm on it now as of today 33 inch waist and I'm weighing in at 205 now.  Very lean I'm getting vascular around my hips and all veins popping out in legs and arms.  Only BF I'm holding now is a small amount around the abdominal area.   So I'm very very happy for sure.  I have done this all very very cautiously dose wise using bare minimum just to see.  And I'm a fan of lower dose cycles the sides are way easier especially on tren I find keeping my test at trt dose 100mg a week and tren at 300 ew was money.  I will be slowly backing the tren to 50mg eod test will stay at 100mg ew

    Best to wait brother till you are feeling it.  Going in with doubts fears etc is normal but at least if you have all the supplies you need you will be able to breathe easy and focus on getting the job done

    Thanks brother I apreciate that.  I am only torturing myself because I know I'm going to take a beating over the winter so by trying to stay lean I will be in amazing shape to do even better this spring.  I am almost all healed from a nasty chuck of scar tissue which was the cause of my pain and kept me from really getting show ready.  But I'm more determine than ever for next year

What is sleep can anyone tell me what it is like to sleep I forget it's been 2 weeks now.  I am going to stick through the cycle but dammn the insomnia is really shitty.  I am not worried about cals I am still staying below 2000 a day and so far I am ecstatic as to the results.  Can only imagine what I can achieve in 2 or 3 more weeks 

  8. So I took 3 different pictures today is a rough one I powered through a workout on pure steam.  Once i started going I got agressive and was able to get through a hard arm day.  Cane home and had tuna and low carb bread.  

    Took a few poses not the best pics but I'm abit wet had abit too much salt last night wife made roast tenderloin and bearnaise sauce damn French Italian girls can cook.   I posted a photo from a little over a year ago to now.

Well the trensomnia has never  been worse I have never lasted past the 6 theweek mark and I gotta tell you o have hit the proverbial wall.  I am going to dial it back to 50mg eod.  I just wanna see if this is feasible now that my body is really taking shape.  I can deal with alot of things but lack of sleep is not one of them.....keep you guys posted. Week 5 pics coming today

    She started but gave up because she was not really happy wit how she was doing she is on the var now and is kicking ass as she builds muscle her fat percentage is tanking its impressive she is dialed right in now

    You can say that again.  The wifes up here too she is cooking up a storm for me lol.   She has really kicked asa also she is 148 pounds from 200+   her and I alone have dropped almost 100 total pounds in less than a year.   I never thought we would get our bodies back but damn we are getting there....

I will definately do that when I get back from my little vacation at the cottage for a few days.  Needed to get away for abit the tren has me ready to claw my eyes out from being so tired.  Week 4 and I am dreading the next 2 to 4 weeks if trensomnia keeps going lol.     Being in the country allows me to be away from people and distractions and move at my own speed for the next 2 weeks and having the keys for a local gym is even better

Things are still going okay on week 4 tomorrow and ya the trensomnia is in fullllllll swing.  I am taking prami and it's working okay but seem to agree better with cebaser.  Anywho. so far things are going well I am now 103 pounds of muscle and down to less than 13% bf I have gained an ice 10 to 12 pounds of muscle without loosing my tone.  I am shredding more and more though the pics seem to do me less justice as i have been taking them end of day opposed to first thing in the am after workouts20190914_201417.thumb.jpg.934fe1514d48a643e5437e0641ec9c4e.jpg

  14. So far this cycle is in full swing.  I love tren OMG Vortex tren is the read deal on my third week body fat has dropped almost 1% in such a short time. I am just blown away.  Diet is cleaned up more too and I couldn't be happier thank you vortex stay tuned folks I'll put a pic up this weekend

    I was asked by a buddy the other week my weight I told him 195 he thought 210.  Now I say 208 and everyone laughed and says no way bigger.  I got on scale today at gym 100% 208.  I am blown away becUse I dont feel that it see it.  Abs are coming in nice I am abit water logged today from too much sodium yesturday going to clean that up

    Okay starting weight was 193 and I was 14% Bf Starting out.  I am on a calorie reduced diet 1600 to 1800 cal a day and intense lifting 5x a week. 2 days hard cardio on recovery days.  I am doing one lex exercise per day so legs are always worked

     Week 2 and so far no night sweats.  I am combating trensomnia with cannabis oil and CBD at bed.  I am dealing with tren rage by taking very low dose resparidol which has been a life saver on my family.

     

    Okay here we go on week 2 end I weighed in at 208 lbs.  I am eating clean but I am blown away that I gained this much weight after 2 weeks of tren.  I have never been this lean running tren before but I can attest that the body comp changes started for me week 2 .

     

    Attached is a photo taken at the beginning of my cycle and i will take one Friday to mark week 3 end.

     

    I may run somen hgh frag to drop the BF quicker and may play with upping the tren this week also.  I am not going to lie I am pretty new to tren only had 2 successful runs with it because I bitched out due to alot of problems with temper and lack of sleep but I am dialed right in and am always open to suggestions wanna hit 8% bf by xmas

  18. Thanks ladies I am killing myself to really hit the single digit bf but damnnnnn tren is really working weird ass compound I'm going on cal deficit.   It is the king and 100% running the t3 really has kicked it up a notch.   May explain. The lack of sides.

    Tren Ace 300mgs a week

    Test E at 100mg a week

    Cebaser .5mg every 3 days

    Proviron 50mgs a day

     

    Wow amazing so I'm cutting still started at 195 

    I'm on week 2 and at 202.  

    All.lean muscle gained and wow the change is so noticable now that I'm below 14% bf it's really a remarkable compound

      I have to say I really appreciate tren now.  I am not having sleep.issues because I take cannabis oil at night and get 6 to 7 hours interrupted but still way better then trensomnia.  Night sweats are minimal which my wife appreciates. 

    Today is week 2 and ya I felt like a God in the gym probably came close to ripping apart my pec wife told me to back off the weights abit thank God I did.    Wow I have been strong from tren before but not sure why its hitting me so well.  My diet is on point only thing I'm. Doing better is my diet is bang on and I .  Cheat a little at night granola and yogurt but a little not crazy waist is 34 inches ches is 42 arms 16.5

  20. Having a great chest day today I am in perfect harmony right now with diet and weights and cardio ran 3.5 I and hated it in a good way.  I am in the gym now and smashed my personal best on chest incline I am doing German volume training now and cardio in afternoon.  Also using occlusion bands for stubborn biceps.  Life is great keep lifting folks
