Frank.Castle Posted December 1, 2018 Share Posted December 1, 2018 Count calories if you want I count macros... the way I look at it if you’re only counting calories those calories can come from garbage like a can of pop... when you do macros you actually see what you’re eating. Without proper training and a diet you’re better off pouring that test down the drain cuz it’s doing nothing for you in your body without the other two things. Honestly I know people are recommending Funnyman a lot but there is a reason for this - it works. Have you reached out to him?
