The “could have been”, the “should have been”, the “almost was something” type. Are you one of them? Or do you grab your dreams by the balls, take control of what you want, and go after it? Do you have the heart, determination, drive, persistence, perseverance, and that animal lust for that which will undeniably be yours one day? Do you want to be big? Strong? Can you muster up enough drive and ambition every time you are in the gym to give your all? Can you mentally say fuck the world and everything in it cuz all that exists right now is this weight I am about to move, no matter what? Listen up brothers. Motivation is the key to anything in life. In the world of iron, only the motivated will survive. There is nothing like the feeling of adrenaline coursing through your veins like a jacked up hydraulic pump making you shake, sweat, and filling you with anger and rage right before a heavy lift. It’s the fucking best. I love it. You have to love it. If you don’t you should probably go buy a fitness magazine and read up on the latest to firm up that fat ass of yours. Did I say that? Sorry, I guess that may have been a little rough, but fuck it, so is training like an Animal. Moving iron takes motivation. Growing to those sick proportions of the ones we consider freaks takes motivation. Some of my favorite motivators are heavy music, new gyms, and different training partners to bang heads and compete with while training. Training with someone who is stronger and much more developed is a great motivator. Lastly and probably the most powerful motivator for me is finding that one thought that enrages me enough to rip someone’s arms and legs off. I won’t share my thoughts, cuz they are mine and may be a little twisted, but they work for me. What’s life like without a spine? I don’t know cuz I have one. I imagine it would be a life full of fear of failing to the point that you are a doormat for anyone who wants to wipe his feet on you. Are you willing to let others wipe their feet on you? Can you find a way to light a fire in you to make you push? Take a look at some of the most successful people in the world and they are all motivated. Shit, even some of the worlds most notorious criminals have motivation to act out they way they do. One truly motivated person can inspire everyone around them. Right now you are probably thinking how the fuck is this article going to help motivate me? Here’s how, man. I want you to pick a goal. Whether it’s a few extra pounds to a heavy lift, or a few extra inches of muscle on your body, take a look at what you want. Be realistic cuz you are never going to put on 100 pounds of solid muscle in a month no matter how motivated you are. Now ask yourself, “Why did I pick this goal?” Is it cuz you want to impress some hottie? Maybe it’s cuz you are tired of being the fat guy? Or is it cuz you want to break records in competitions and look like a fucking animal? The reason for picking the goal is the same thing that should motivate you. Take the lead out of your dirty underwear and get moving. Not tomorrow, today. Don’t put it off. Get to work now. Believe in yourself and go get what you want. No, don’t just go get it. Attack it and take it cuz it’s yours. Take it cuz you know that in your heart if you don’t, you will never forget that it was there all along for the taking and you just bitched up and let it go. You have to be able to look yourself in the mirror everyday of your life. How is it going to feel if you let goals and aspirations pass you by? Love it, live it, be it... One thing I love about what I do is that I knew all along in my life that it was exactly what I wanted to do. I never let anyone tell me different. I remember when I first started to compete as an adult and having family members say, “Why are you still doing that?” I have some very successful people in my family but mostly “could have beens” and “should have beens”. They never took what they wanted. Most of them thought I was wasting my time. It’s funny how those same people now brag about me being in a magazine or on TV for the nationals. They doubt me no more! This is fuel for me. I am different. Are you? Can you say that when you were 16 and you wanted to be huge, win titles and compete for pro status, that you actually followed through? I can. I’m not saying this to brag but it’s a great feeling when you can say I had a dream and instead of letting it go like everyone else, I actually went for it at all costs. I hope that it motivates and shows my kids, once I have some, that if you really want anything bad enough, you can reach it. Picking a competition and training, dieting, sacrificing, all seem hard at the time, but when you nail that fucking title to the wall and claim it as your own, it’s the best feeling in the world. And no one can take that away from you. So what’s inside you? This is it. This is the time. There is only now. Tomorrow is a dream and a day away. Can you go after what you want? Yes, only if you are motivated. The real question is, are you? Or do you believe that tomorrow will come and bring the motivation with it? Here is the newest wheelie! someone finally got me on video from another vehicle going well over 200kph see me look at the car and start nodding my head “uuuhhhuuunn” lol then they show the cars speedo at 181kph. I let it down upshifted and took the fuck off at 224kph in 4th gear. It was a downhill single lane bumpy road so I had to wait for the rev limiter to bring it down 268kph. Lots more to come.   9. DNP is an extremely powerful and beyond controversial fat burning drug. There is no compound on earth that can burn fat at the rate of DNP; however, to say it is beyond dangerous is almost an understatement. DNP is so dangerous it can in fact kill you. No one can deny the fat loss power held by this compound is truly tremendous, but when we consider the risk there are very few if any we can recommend it too. However, because it is so powerful we want to explain the ins and outs of this compound, go over its history and explain the horrific consequences that may occur. DNP was first discovered in the early 1900’s and by the early 1930’s had become one of the leading fat loss medications on the market. While we cannot call it extremely common among competitive bodybuilders, this is the arena where you will find it most commonly. However, due to the risk associated with use it is rarely worth use. In fact, while the risk of various performance enhancing drugs are often blown out of proportion, when it comes to DNP the fear that surrounds is completely warranted. DNP Functions & Traits: DNP, officially labeled as 2,4-Dinitrophenol, is classified as an industrial chemical. The compound can often be found in pressure treated wood as a fungicide, in various dyes, used in photograph development and as an insecticide. Officially, while an industrial chemical DNP is pure poison. As a fat loss medication, DNP functions by dramatically increasing the body’s core temperature. This in turn dramatically enhances the body’s metabolic rate and accelerated fat loss occurs. So powerful, this compound will directly burn body fat, directly promote extreme lipolysis; not merely weight loss. While powerful indeed, the actual process by which DNP functions is extremely simple. Total DNP use is normally very short lived. Most DNP cycles will last approximately 2-3 weeks. Those who use the compound longer will almost assuredly experience horrific consequences. During use, regardless of the specific total time of use or the individual’s overall muscularity, maintaining control of your body temperature is extremely important. Staying as cool as possible is a must. Outdoor activity on a hot summer day must be avoided at all cost. Hard cardiovascular activity, even if performed inside can also greatly increase the associated risk of use. The individual, although he may be weight training will more than likely need to back off the intensity a little bit. Go slower, less intense and keep his body temperature from getting out of control. Obviously, if you’re a bodybuilder this can be very hard to do. However, if you do not remain cool the chance of death increases greatly. Availability of DNP: DNP is not commonly available. You will not find the compound on any pharmaceutical market in any country around the world. This is strictly a compound found on the black market, and even then it can be hard to find. If you do happen to find it, there will be no way to determine if the labeled strength is accurate. You will also have no way to determine if any other ingredients are in the compound. This presents another risk when buying DNP. You will find some steroid suppliers who carry it, but not most, and very few of the generally respected large suppliers will carry the compound. The weight loss aspect prompted studies regarding the effects of DNP on metabolism. How does DNP work? DNP makes changes in our metabolism. Metabolism is the set of chemical reactions in our bodies that keep us alive. Our bodies metabolize nutrients to provide us with energy. Oxidation involves the transfer of electrons between atoms (or molecules) and releases energy. The formal name for this process is oxidative phosphorylation. When our body breaks down nutrients and absorbs then into our cells, one of the functions of the cell’s mitochondria is to produce chemical energy called ATP. In order to create ATP, mitochondria capture and use the energy released from oxidative phosphorylation. DNP is known as a mitochondrial uncoupler of oxidative phosphorylation. In other words, DNP encapsulates and moves protons (ions) across cell membranes, preventing mitochondria from “processing” nutrient molecules, capturing energy via the exchange of electrons, and converting that energy to ATP. The energy released from DNP action is converted into heat energy. Without ATP to provide energy, our bodies look to alternative sources like fat reserves. Note: DNP can lower T3 to below optimal levels, so in some cases it may be necessary to start taking small doses of T3. How should I take DNP? I have a conservative stance on when to use DNP, how much to use, and how long to use it. Some people argue that DNP should be used on cycle so as to protect muscle. My contention is that DNP makes you feel like crap, and it can detract from lifting at your best while on cycle. If I am on cycle I want to be lifting hard and I do not want to worry about energy levels or heat stroke. Other people argue that DNP should be used well after PCT. My only concern would be low energy levels and possible T3 issues. These concerns are manageable via things like ECA stacks and T3 supplementation. My most preferred time to run DNP is when I start PCT. I still have energy and strength from my cycle and I avoid the whole catabolic post cycle phase. In addition, I have a nice little anabolic rebound at the end of my DNP run and I get to see the results from all my hard work on gear. DNP is cumulative and it takes three weeks to clear your system. Do not bump up your dose because you think you can handle more. Do not use drugs or drink alcohol. Please note that you do not need to “feel” DNP for it to be working. People have different tolerance levels, even for poisons. You can only get so much DNP into your system (before you die), so you can choose to take a higher dose short cycle or lower dose long cycle. Regardless, by the end of the cycle you will feel the heat and toxicity. Low Dose Long Cycle Start with a dose of 200mg per day [100 mg every morning / 100 mg every evening]. Run it for two or three weeks. Day 1 – 14: 200 mg ED Day 15 – 21: 200 mg ED* *Experienced users may choose to run the cycle for an additional week. Total DNP consumption for long cycle: (2,800 to 4,200 mg) High Dose Short Cycle Start with a dose of 200 mg per day [100 mg every morning / 100 mg every evening]. Within 2 to 4 days you should know if you have an allergy. Day 1 – 4: 200 mg ED Day 5 – 9: 400 mg ED Day 10 – 11: 400 mg ED* *Experienced users may choose to go above the max recommended daily dose of 400 mg and run the cycle for an additional couple of days. You may lose your senses of taste and smell so this is a good time to teach yourself how to eat without using condiments and all the other crap you dont need. Water - One or two gallons a day. Dehydration is the leading cause of DNP problems, including death. Fruit - Glycogen will be depleated. Fructose is good. Protein - Diet should be heavy on protein. Fiber - DNP can be rough so you may want to regulate (pun intended). Complex Carbs - Carbs will make you hot. You should try to time your carb intake so that you are not eating carbs before workouts or before sleep. Multi vitamin - You are likely to be on a rescticted diet and you will need to supplement. Antioxidants - To stop the free radicals Electolytes - V8 is good. Melatonin - If necessary, to help you sleep. ECA stack - If necessary, to boost your energy levels.

  10. Clenbuterol Hydrochloride is a powerful bronchodilator that is used to treat breathing disorders like asthma. While it’s been extremely successful in such treatment plans it has never been approved by the U.S. FDA. It is, however, approved and used in most other countries around the world. Some speculate the only reason Clenbuterol has never been approved by the U.S. FDA is due to there being no need. There are several other related medications, very closely related that are already approved for U.S. use. Beyond treating breathing disorders, Clenbuterol is commonly used as a thermogenic. In fact, you will more than likely find more Clenbuterol use in fat loss plans than anywhere else. It is a very common fat burning tool used by many anabolic steroid users. It is a long standing favorite among competitive bodybuilders and other physique athletes during contest preparation. However, it is also used by non-steroid users for its fat loss properties. You do not have to use anabolic steroids to use this compound for fat loss. We only mention that because this has for some reason become a confusing point for some. *Clenbuterol Functions & Traits: Clenbuterol Hydrochloride is a sympathomimetic that works on the sympathomimetic nervous system. There are several receptors in the body a sympathomimetic can act on. In the case of Clenbuterol, the beta-2 receptor is the area of interest and action. Clen, as it’s commonly known, actively stimulates the beta-2 receptor. Through such stimulation, this actively reverses airway obstructions and provides improved breathing for those who need it. This same stimulation can also be used to enhance the metabolic rate of the individual. Clenbuterol does not actively burn fat by attacking fat cells, but rather stimulates the metabolism by increasing the body’s temperature. This occurs due to the beta-2 stimulation stimulating the mitochondria of the cells to produce and release more heat. In turn, this heats up the body’s temperature (slightly), enhances the metabolism and causes the individual to burn body fat at a greater rate. In reality, the functions and traits of Clenbuterol are very simple and very straightforward. Clenbuterol has also been noted for having a strong anabolic effect; however, things are not quite like they appear. Due to the potential anabolic effect, this has caused many to use the compound in hopes of gaining lean tissue. Commonly, many steroid users have used it as an anabolic protective agent during their post cycle therapy (PCT). There is, however, a problem with this type of use; it doesn’t work. Studies have shown that Clenbuterol has the ability to promote anabolic activity in animals. There have been several studies that have shown the anabolic activity of rats to increase when Clen is administered. However, there is no data that supports such anabolic activity provided when used by human beings. In fact, it has generally been proven useless in this regard as it pertains to human beings. When it comes to human Clenbuterol use, use as a bronchodilator and thermogenic are the only suitable purposes. *Effects of Clenbuterol: The effects of Clenbuterol on the asthmatic patient are as straightforward as can be. Use of the bronchodilator opens up the airways and enables the individual to breath. There are other breathing disorders that can benefit from Clenbuterol use, but asthma appears to be primary, and it is often a welcomed medication to those who suffer. This same improved breathing could also prove useful to some athletes, especially those who can benefit from enhanced cardiovascular endurance. However, we’re not talking about a strong, notable improvement and there are truly other methods that are far more suited for increasing cardiovascular endurance. As a thermogenic, the effects of Clenbuterol are again very simple. As the body temperature increases, which again is due to the beta-2 stimulation, the individual is now able to burn calories at an enhanced rate. Body temperature goes up, the metabolism is enhanced, fat cells are stimulated due to the increase in temperature due to the now enhanced metabolism, the breakdown of triglycerides is now enhanced and fat loss occurs. It’s hard to get any simpler than that. While Clenbuterol is a powerful fat loss agent, it is not magical and will not make a fat physique lean on its own. You still have to diet in order to lose body fat, and if you don’t, no fat loss will occur. The most common side effects surround a jittery or wired feeling, shaky hands and increased sweating. Most all who use Clen will experience such effects to a degree, but they will commonly be very pronounced during the early stages of use. As the individual becomes accustomed to the stimulant, such related effects should begin to subside, but they will be so strong in some people that some will not be able to use it. It may not experience as great of an increase as would with a massive or very frequent increasing in dose schedule, but it will be a steady and continuous enhancement. There will be no period in the diet during Clenbuterol use that the individual doesn’t enjoy the metabolic enhancement. · In Between: The final preferred method of Clenbuterol use falls in-between our other two discussed methods. The increases in dosing will not be as dramatic as the two week rotation schedule but stronger than the continuous plan. At this stage, if more Clen is still needed, the individual will need to wait 4-6 weeks before beginning a new phase. This makes this type of use best for those who only need a short period of metabolic enhancement. Regardless of the type of schedule you use, the maximum Clenbuterol dose will normally be 120mcg per day. Some may find 140mcg per day to be acceptable, especially some men, but no one should for any reason surpass the 140mcg per day mark if they are going to avoid cardiac damage. Regardless of the total dosing or plan of use you use, Clenbuterol use should be kept at no more than 16 weeks of total use. 16 weeks of total use per year should be your guide. Many fear using this hormone due to the idea of a possible hypothyroidism conditioning occurring once use is discontinued. The idea is that once use has come to an end the body will no longer produce enough of its own T3 and fat gain will occur. While it is possible to become dependent, it is highly unlikely with proper use. Proper use not only revolves around dosing and duration of use, but specifically how we discontinue use. Use should not be abruptly discontinued. Instead, the individual should drop down to a maintenance dose for a short period of time in order to allow his thyroid to reset. For the healthy individual who has not abused Cytomel, recovery should not be an issue. Cytomel Administration: For the purpose of treating hypothyroidism, Cytomel doses will normally begin at 25mcg per day. After a couple weeks of use, levels are normally rechecked and the dose may be increased by 25mcg. The dose may again be increased to 75mcg per day another two weeks later until a comfortable maintenance level dosing is found. 25-75mcg per day will be average with most finding 25-50mcg per day to be all that’s needed. Regardless of the dose, the entire daily dose can be taken once per day. In a performance setting, Cytomel doses will be very similar to hypothyroidism treatment plans. The individual will normally begin with 25mcg per day and increase the total dose 12.5-25mcg every 2-4 weeks as needed. Most will find they will have no need to go above 75-100mcg per day, with the 125mcg per day range being acceptable for very short periods of time. Such a high dose might be acceptable at the end of a harsh contest diet but should not be a regular dose through the brunt of the diet. As for total use, 6-8 weeks will be the safest total duration. Longer can be acceptable, such as 8-12 weeks, but it does increase the risk of thyroid dependency. However, most healthy adults should not have an issue. Once you have reached your high end dose and it’s time to come off, you are encouraged to drop the dose down to 25mcg per day and hold at that dose for 7-10 days. This will allow the body to adjust and protect you from falling into hypothyroidism. For no reason should you discontinue use abruptly, the 7-10 day low dose is imperative.
