  2. I understand being in keto. But you plan to run a surplus diet while in keto? Do you believe you’ll be able to train intense enough to produce the results you’re after solely on ketones?

  3. Tren for the whole 16 weeks? High protein high fat? No carb? Any particular reason behind this?

  4. To be honest for me personally I don't even use an AI on over a gram of test. I've never seen a difference between long and short ester, so now I only use long ester. I personally advise clients to use long esters unless they have negative personal experience. If they believe they truly see a difference then for sure I tell them to use short ester. I'm spoiled personally because I'm always dry, but in that same vein I never blow up on wet compounds and have a harder time filling out than others do.

  5. I 100% agree, I’ve been lucky that normally I don’t get lumps. But I’d never stick to a long ester all the way through - if you didn’t opt for Prop I’d just drop it fairly early anyway. But then I typically notice a much less “full” look. Do you not find it harder to control water using a longer estered test? I’d rather be a little “flat” but bone dry.

  7. One thing to be concerned about with suspension or even prop at low body fat is lumps. I stick with test e/d all the way through because a bad shot can make you lose a show.

  8. I personally like Tren no more than 6 weeks. But thats always dependent on how people look... some I may not introduce it until 4 weeks. But I always like to run tren and mast together. You should be switching from a long ester, to a short ester and then possibly even a suspension. Regardless of whether you hold a little or a lot, you don't want to hold anything. Also I think worth mentioning, don't you think those doses are a little high? if you're 14% at 167 - some of those doses look like overkill.

  11. As ElectricRocker said a proper review is not usually all bad , you do the good the bad and the ugly to give a proper experience with a lab as well as product , it’s good practice to always go to your source or rep first on these issues any lab at any time could have a bad batch for some reason or another , it’s how they resolve it in the end that counts , keep in mind other labs read these reviews and things like this might make labs not want to deal with you , this is not bashing you or a rant or attack , just some friendly advice .

  12. Yeah man that wasn’t really a review about the lab, and it’s not against the rule to post your experience, but what you said was about a product from the source not a review based on, I.e...How was the service, packaging, shipping time, quality of product etc?? That’s a complete review. Not just a single post regarding one product brother. That’s why I asked if you spoke to your source?, I’m sure they’d be happy to help you out regarding your concern.

  13. Going to be placing my next order in by the end of the month for my upcoming spring cycle starting in February. I'll run a interesting oral micro-cycle in January leading into it. Look for another log from me as I share the journey.
