  1. i’m a big fan of moreplatesmoredates as well, haven’t seen this one, thanks i’ll check it out i agree on 400 being too much , i slowly realized i was pushing too much drugs and my training wasn’t able to utilize them 100% so all the extra i was getting was just more sides aka blood pressure ... headaches. I realized when i was doing 500 test only I maybe looked even bigger somehow , I’m not sure if it’s the nutrient partitioning of the tren just burning through my glygocen fast or something but i’m somehow looking kinda flatter than the start of my cycle . I’m praying it’s just an illusion of water retention or something because there’s no way i lost muscle https://ibb.co/jvQYnKS i noticed in this pic my biceps are lacking so i’m gonna blast them the next couple weeks .
  2. would you say 200mg has a good effect still or is that too low ? i figured i’m mainly recomping and prioritizing getting conditioned with this cycle so these doses are good for holding onto muscle and losing fat if anything ...
  3. really? I read elsewhere that most do 10 and some stretch beyond that but it isn’t recommended . I thought i was being decently safe with 10 weeks , but maybe i am wrong ?
  4. 10 weeks was the original readjustment which means 2 more weeks , but since i reduced dosage i’m thinking going another month on the lower tren .
  5. I think you’ll be pleased to hear i’ve recently dropped the anadrol completely and reduced the tren to 200mg from 400.. so just tren 200 test 300 .
  6. the tren anxiety is no myth for sure .. makes me have so much energy which can be used in bad ways depending on the situation .. but good for strength and libido . the last couple weeks i’ve been waking up in a panic in the middle of the night usually with a bit of tren sweat but no waterworks . i’m not sure if this is just tren sleeplessness or hypoglycemia hitting in the middle of the night .but usually a snack and i hit of weed fixes me right up in minutes so no biggy
  7. okay sorry if this is TMI for some of you more sensitive types . but i have a genuine question. this is my first time running tren so i don’t know these things . for the guys - is your dick supposed to be semi hard like 24/7? Seriously. it’s like .... unusually firm even when its flaccid .. noticed it when i gotta hold my dick when i take a piss, you guys know what i’m talking about. my shit isn’t feeling the same is what i’m saying lmao. is this pretty normal from the libido effects ? just like increased blood flow to the area maybe , constantly ? i was kinda paranoid and thought hopefully my blood isn’t getting thick or something ... i know that probabaly sounds retarded
  8. quick question , would just 2 sites (outer glutes) not be enough to avoid scar tissue problems in the future when i’m farther down the road, even if I just inject every 4 days? i got a big ass nerve last time in my quad (i injected towards the middle quad instead the outside sweep like usual) and made my whole leg twitch up like when a doctor hits your knee with a mallet. idk if it was a tendon or nerve or what but felt really weird but i just retried a couple inches over and it went in fine. leg kinda felt off for 5 mins or so but that’s it
  9. okay after googling some images it seems i’ve been injecting with the bevel down this whole time. well that explains it . i never really looked close enough to orient the needle because i didn’t think it mattered . but i always went bevel down if i was to do it on purpose because it look sharper to me like it would go in easier. thanks for the help guys i’m gonna make sure bevel is up and inject after a hot shower and see how the left glute fairs today .
  10. good idea i’ll try that tomorrow and no the needle was super fresh. it looked really sharp because i looked after the first fail . maybe i was facing the bevel wrong .
  11. i try to do the same thing every time that’s why it was confusing why this just now started happening . but there’s no way i had that much scar tissue .. but that needle wasn’t piercing shit unless i forced it. very clunky non smooth inject.
  12. okay i’ve been pinning for about 3 months every 4 days with a 25g 1in needle. i cycle through quads and glutes but favor glutes usually .. anyway went to inject into my right glute yesterday and needle just went in like 0.2inches and stopped like it hit scar tissue solid as hell. i then proceeded to re pin myself 3 more times and the same thing kept happening . eventually i said fuck it and just pushed through and it made that click sound like a paper clip punching through paper. needless to say it really annoyed me is this scar tissue or maybe was i just flexing my glute a little too much and the muscle tissue was just too solid to be easily pierced? like usually the needle slides through the fat skin and muscle all in one fell swoop. but it seems to be catching and needs a bit of force to break through the last layer
  13. exactly . the tren is doing the legwork and the test i was told to keep low to ovoid tren sides, so it’s main purpose is only for support or atleast that’s the idea. so I figured Test D would be easy to use especially when i transfer over to cruise doses, the half life will already be set and stable and I will only have to inject 1x per week. however right now i’m injecting it every 4 days like I was with the Test C. It’s a bit confusing .

  15. correct. i am technically farther in than i am accounting for on the new cycle . i basically just scrapped the idea of the old one and all the doses etc because i figured it didn’t matter since it had only been 4 weeks or so on test only . so when i added the compounds i just started it as a 10 week test and tren cycle with 6 weeks anadrol- which would still put me around 14 weeks total that i’ve been on test itself. I did however change the ester from C to D so a big diff in the half life there . as far as PCT there is no pct . when i’m done with the rest of this cycle i’m cycling down to a cycle 180mg test per week and then transition into my cutting phase (t4 , cardarine , ECA stack)
  16. well a lot of that stuff is behind the scenes bro. it’s gonna take a while for me to type that all up but keep in mind that doesn’t mean i haven’t thought of and already handled most of those things. i don’t prep i make my meals every time unless i get burgers or chicken sandwiches or subs from food shops. i hate making every meal and also tried prep but hate that worse actually . honestly i just need to get more consistent and drink more water. i don’t believe i am taking that much stuff honestly . now was it exactly needed for my body’s needs , maybe not . but it assured i made the most gains possible as far as the drug side of it goes. i just have a problem , like if i only used test 400mg a week or something, i’d always have a monkey on my back telling me i could’ve got more gains if i did more compounds. hence forth i switched from test only to test tren anadrol . all doses within reason and moderate-moderate/low (besides the tren , that’s moderate for sure)
  17. for sure. i definitely sacrificed some efficiency of gains by not sticking to only 1 diet and routine consistently, ive changed things like 3 times which probably isn’t optimal for the best gains, but either way i look way better than the start so it’s a win in my book

Ive been doing well thank you . recomping and doing my best to stay consistent as possible even tho there’s a lot of social life changes going on that are definitely distracting me from 100% focus on training like i used to have. but i’m keeping a strict hold on it and made it clear off the bat to the girl i’m seeing rn that i’m serious about that stuff so she isn’t surprised in the future. in the past it’s been hard for me to keep a healthy balance like this but i’m doing decent if i day so myself this time. heres a better look at my fat loss so far , sitting at 204 lbs around 15% bf or somewhere around there. i’m like pretty lean everywhere besides my stupid love handle area. that’s not going anywhere till i’m 8% , that’s just the reality. this is at my flattest point when i took a few days off the anadrol and was eating lower carb- sucks because i’m not looking full as usual but on the plus i’m much less bloated.

  21. okay guys so i’m half way through the cycle i got a new problem though. i’m not sure if this is from shut down or what , but my balls are straight killing me the last couple days . but i’m thinking maybe it’s just blue balls from the tren? idk but it’s probabaly the worst i’ve ever felt as far as blue balls goes. i also fucked my girl like 4 times in a day after a long dry spell (thanks tren! ) so maybe it’s just from that. idk but i hope it stops soon. she’s coming over again tonight so i’m hoping the problem will fix itself

  23. here’s some new update pics as well for you hater fans (you know who you are) gut is still there but much better , i’m very slowly losing weight but keeping muscle. i’m at 205 rn and kinda stoppped here and just keep recomping by the day as far as my sides, i’ve fixed most of my problems. my estrogen seems stable , dick works (i got my ex coming over now huehuehue libido is full throttle just by having a girl around so thank god i don’t have noodle dick) my migraines are 90% gone but not sure what fixed it really cuz i changed a lot of stuff at once when they started . i got 5 more weeks to go
