Well here’s the thing i’m gonna be going to the docs at 3 pm today either way, would that stuff be overkill then to add to a prescription? im gonna also bring up and request a finasteride script as well. read a lot and thought a lot on it. it seems it’s low sides and very good hair gains without completely destroying DHT like dutasteride does. a lot of ppl say it’s poison but i’ve read many reports claiming they had girlfriends with no ED problems and no problems. i’m only a bit paranoid of the possibility of gyno as it’s been reported a few times , this way if it happens to start i’ll be able to get a pharma anti estrogen instead of worrying about keeping a supply of raws (i already have dutasteride and finasteride powder, but don’t wanna start it unofficially in case something fucks up)

Okay but i sit at like 125/80 through the day with low activity just chilling and that’s with beta blockers alread and i’m only 23, wouldn’t that be indicative of the medication not working that well? I can literally feel it as well cuz there’s a vein in my neck i can always feel when my pressure is too high . I was looking to ask the doc for Tamisartan, it treats BP and apparently helps u lean out a little in someway in a secondary action. at any rate, the propranolol i’m popping per day is gonna run my scripts dry as i’m only supposed to go to 80mg per day on the bottle. I’ve been using 160-200mg per day easily this last week

Ah ok. sounds like you can get away with more than me as far as the estrogen department, because I still had a tiny bit of sensitivity every now and then even with this letro and nolva. raws are from panda so they gotta be legit . However whenever i look at my nips when they feel a little sensitive , they look really small and not irritated so everything is seemingly fine. I think the sensitive feeling is paranoia and placebo that i’m affecting myself with. UPDATE 12/12- Well unfortunately at 500mg . a week and 60mg every 4 hours of a beta blocker( propranolol) My blood pressure is still not tamed correctly. I sit noticeably high at rest , even last night i used a lil blood pressure machine i’ve got at home , pressure was still 120/80 and that’s AT NIGHT on MEDS. If i don’t religiously stick to that regimen , I can physically feel the pressure go back up every 4 hours and as you can guess i CANNOT be fucked to take that many pills everyday just to be stable. So i’ve made an appointment with the doc today and should be getting a better solution for a lower number that’s more stable through the day and night . My blood pressure was already a little high with zero extra test at all so yea.
  4. 12/11 midnight - went to inject 250mg into left glute with left hand, failed epically and didn’t get in the muscle i think so aborted mission at that site. . I also was a bit shaky so i just made scar tissue for no reward and that was annoying. to top it off I then moved to right quad instead and nicked a nerve while going in, but ignored it and got it done. I did however pin a little too close toward my knee and didn’t get directly in the thickest part of the muscle belly as well as i could’ve so the muscle was like really dense and thick so the oil went in slow af. the area was lean so it wasn’t fat i was in. wasn’t the most precise pin but i’ll get better.. just a bit unlucky today but i guess it’s better than other outcomes.
  5. so should I be aiming for zero ache at all or is that just like an optimal thing? , i was kinda under the impression a little low is better than worrying about it being perfect. id say its a 3/10 on the dry scale. would it be ok to keep it there or should I maybe go for a 1mg per day instead of 1.25, and see how I feel in another week? I guess I would be ok with the tradeoff of having bad joints and a lil less gains just so I know for sure I will not get any gyno as I see that as the worst side possible besides baldness. then again, i havent felt tanked estro before, so maybe i am taking the situation too lightly
  6. 12/11 well, I’m actually out of amber glass bottles so Gotta wait a week or more until I can mix up the aromasin raws with some PG. Sticking with 1.25mg letro ED till then as it seems to be working well with only mild joint pains..but again this is only the 2nd day of joint pain so i’m sure it’s not peaked yet. My libido is intact however confirmed with good old pornhub, so estrogen isn’t completely crashed at all. I’m a little hesitant to start changing things and fuck something up and imbalance it when it’s about 90% dialed in already. also, I’ve recently read about switching your hair liquid remedies into a mister spray bottle for oil diffusion instead of just trying to use the stopper around your scalp and have it running down your face and such. derek from moreplatesmoredates brought up the idea on youtube and he personally does it and it makes sense to me that it’s more efficient at getting a more even spread of solution over a better surface area. here’s a list of supps I take daily. It took the whales long enough to FINALLY get on board with weed and that’s a drug with pretty much almost 0 side effects as far as long term , hurtful sides. at the same time, they LITERALLY print on the box of cigs that they cause multiple cancers with studies to back and they simply remain legal and let people poison themselves . how is this different? it’s not. only diff is they get money this way. cigs are kinda weird as well cuz they are kinda grandfathered in to legality back from the old days when the big whales first came to power and wealth. they’ve continued on ever since and obviously no one had the power to stop that kind of momentum yes for sure, i’m sure you may be aware of this but many black market vendors speicifically set up in canada if they are in it for long term, just due to the reduced prison sentences compared to other countries.   9. ———DIET——— I don’t usually count cals exactly but have a general idea with eyeballing and just being used to eating the same things so much. I eat about 4x per day mostly throughout the late night after training . In the morning i’ll eat some oats with fruit (0.5 cup) and some milk or greek yogurt ... then maybe a light protein and another fruit flavor oats 0.5 cup preworkout. Really light stuff just for energy purposes. After the workout I get serious. i’ll eat the same meal 3x before bed, (don’t eat any later than 2 hours earlier than bedtime tho) -3 boneless chicken tenderloins , shake n bake seasoning -Fairlife Chocolate milk 50% reduced sugar -white seasame sub bread -1 oatmeal pack , fruit flavor as you can see i don’t really eat veggies lmao. i take a multivitamin and many other supplements tho remwmber - i’m trying to recomp mainly so i don’t need a massive amount of food with my current lean mass. at the same time i’m trying to not eat too little. I’m also playing it safe with the weights, I’m really just doing 75% power on the numbers currently. If I gave everything I’m sure my numbers could be much higher .

I may definitely have to adjust it as I feel like it’s not for enhanced users so ..here goes Mon - Upper body Dumbell Bench Incline - 3 sets 10-15 reps with 50’s Barbell Lat Pull Incline (???) (I lay belly first on a inclined bench and pull the bar off the ground with my last/traps) 3 sets , don’t count reps , 60lb bar (max planet fitness has) Pull ups (assisted 50lbs) 2-3 sets of 5-7 reps. these are very hard for me because my extra weight. Tricep Pull down - 3 sets 10-15 reps 60lbs Chest Cable Fly - 3 sets 10-15 reps 27lbs Bicept Hammer curls - random intensity Marine Dumbbell Press (???) (not sure if correct term, I Lift the dumbbells over my head and press them upwards to completely lock them out. - random intensity Tues - Lower body Squat- -usually 200lbs like 10 reps for 2 sets, 1 set of lighter weight more reps. max is 305 3x but that was a natty pr long ago only after a few months of squatting. haven’t tried to pr since because the stress on joints. Dumbell assisted one leg squat - 2 sets w/20 lb weights, 10 reps each leg Leg Press Calves - 3 sets 20 reps Also do a leg machine that you push down with your ankles , cannot remember the name . that’s it! ———— Wed - Core/random isolation/50% power day Thurs -Upper repeated Fri - Lower repeated Sat- Core/random Sun- OFF
  11. Okay. I know I’m limiting myself a lot that way..just skiddish with these aromatizing compounds. I mean I have letrozole and aromasin.. Do you have any tips on best ways to run some of those types of things while reducing bad sides? I’d love the luxury of having a nice coach but unfortunately with my budget it’s not in the realm of being possible right now. The best I have is just collecting information from various vets and pros throughout the internet. A lot of palumbo , bostin loyd, moreplatesmoredates, jerry ward, ....many others with years of experience and all looked huge and amazing at some point if not currently.

Understood, would it be too much in the future, say like 6 months or so after this cycle is compelete? the thing is I’d rather steer clear of most other things due to hairline or bloat sides or aromatization. So not very much planning on things like deca, dbol etc unless you had some good input on the matter?

I think i’ve made excellent progress for 1 week. But , i compared myself to the chart, surely I look nothing close to 30% bodyfat? Maybe it’s just me but... I still think i look around 20%, maybe a few more points max...it’s just my love handle area giving the illusion i feel like. i’ve starved myself before to 140 back in high school and still have those fucking love handles .
  14. Massive update. Mods and I had a discussion and they generously allowed me to return for a final chance, this was surprising and a class act imo on their part. Let’s just call it water under the bridge. 12/8 - 9:30am 250mg test C into right glute. Added nolva 10mg / day to cycle plan and took that. took letro 1.25mg at night. Increasing nolva to 15mg per day because I got some random sensitivity in the gym that went away later tonight. I’m thinking maybe it was just my shirt rubbing up against them repeatedly but i’m gonna play it safe and just take the nolva higher because what’s the worst that’ll happen? I use a little extra nolva. Got Nizoral and Minixidol 5% tonight as well. I only applied the min to my facial hair area only tonight , as I am getting a haircut tomorrow and my head hair is too long to use with these products without a lot of waste. After the haircut i’ll start using minixidol throughout my scalp , including hairline , as well as using nizoral. As far as hair loss goes , honestly Idgaf anymore. so was insanely paranoid before because my dads side of the family has horrible hair genetics , my mothers brother also has a receding hairline. my hairline has always been a bit on the higher side, shaved my head once with high bodyfat and looked horrible. But this was without a beard or a jawline or tan. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I like my hair, but honestly if it means hopping on a dht blocker and castrating myself just to keep it...? fuck that bro. I’d rather lose my hair and become more attractive in every other area. ALL THWT SAID - i’m still going to apply minoxidil and nizoral just for the simple fact i wanna be able to grow my hair out if I wanted . But if it ends up getting bad anyway, oh well no big deal at this point of my life at 24 yrs old: Honestly if you are making money, are 190lbs 10% bodyfat, status, career, have a nice tamed thick beard and have a good personality and style / hygiene to top it all off, having subpar hair as a 25 yr old -30 yr old doesn’t mean shit to girls. Yup it’s definitely happening, lots of oil , easier to get hot because the oil is like a layer almost and just clogs your pores , just makes you wanna wash your face constantly but the oil just comes back magically 4 hours later with light activity. the more you wash the faster your skin says fuck you and kicks the oil production back even quicker. I’m also definitely noticing a bunch of small acne starting up. Haven’t been on my apple cider vinegar and this is what I get. Gonna get some of that tomorrow in pill form as it’s just horrible to drink , even diluted. I can tell unless I hop on some accutane , or start a hardcore natural regimen on a daily basis, very soon will my skin look like dogshit . I had bad acne in high school so this is no surprise. 12/9 - Letro 1.25mg, nolva 20mg. core workout . no big updates, kinda tired today so just ate a smaller breakfast, took a nap till 3pm, went to the gym till 5, and then just ate and took another nap until 10pm. lots of growing with all the sleep! I’m looking fucking juicy for the first week only , so excited to see what i look like in 3 more more weeks when the pace kicks up. 3am update- I’m starting to notice some joint pain . maybe it’s just temporary but if it doesn’t normalize by tomorrow night i’ll reduce letro to 1mg i’m notice a few ingrown hairs, which i never get , but when i do it’s usually indicative of a new hair that just grew for the first time and got a little wonky. so this looks like a good sign i’m getting some hair growth . So far they are popping up in random places with hair, ranging from my mustache to my inner leg area. Balls are getting pretty small, they pretty much are fucking inverting at this point. This actually is good when doing leg machines at the gym and your ballsack gets in the way. They are small now that they just fucking move out the way and almost invert sometimes, i swear to god lmao. But they are still about maybe walnut size . i’m not really jacking off anymore because the loads are really watery and small now so it feels like shit and a waste of time. 12/10 - Blood pressure is stabilizing , I need less support for it . Got some goodies in , aromasin ! so for you guys who hated the letrozole idea, well here ya go ! Letro dry joints are mild as of now and seem to have stabilized but due to the affect on your bloods and just overall better profile , i’ll be switching to aromasin 12.5mg ED starting tomorrow , with 20mg nolva. Letro will be saved for emergencies only now. I also got in some accutane , finasteride, and last but not least a generous amount of test D to transition to after the 12 weeks is done. prob at 150mg per week. Not gonna be running the finasteride for now . I’m really wishing I had gotten some tren raws with this as it took so long to get but o well. granted i won’t need it for a long while but i’m planning to do a low test moderate tren cycle in the future . heard GREAT things

  18. I apologize for losing my temper last night. I will have to take a look at it, ill go check the archives. 12/7 - Nothing crazy to report, had an amazing upper body workout today. Muscles just dont get sore, lmao. Im like a machine. The edurance boost as far as muscle durability goes is awesome. Im doing the same routines that would kick my ass weeks ago and now they are just easily completed with a steady pace and increased aggression. whats not to love? 250mg inj into the booty cheek tommorow morning at 10. im not gonna go into detail with the lifts, I will however prob go for some PR's mid-cycle and ill post those numbers up. Ive been doing lower weight and higher reps, just builds a better look IME, and i was heavily favoring strength training and low reps before.... what did it earn me? Well, I got strong as fuck in 3 months of dirty bulking (explains my bodyfat muffin) but it was quite straining going 110% all the time. my knees kinda took a hit at the time (just mild stuff) so yea my approach has switched

Your comments are welcome but you need to respect I’m gonna do what I want. again, there’s like a MILLION things i could’ve done worse, all in all if you are honest with yourself it’s not a bad point to start a cycle at. i’m almost 24, got a good foundation of strength, good motivation and consistency...you guys exaggerating imo..but alas still I appreciate the replies. The bloods just weren’t possible to do right now because of location and money.
  25. 12/6/19- Nice core work on my “rest” day . I worked legs yesterday even with the PIP in both quads, almost took the day off but said fuck it and glad I did. Workout was amazing and nowhere near dampened by the soreness once I got focused. Walking about 2.5 miles from the gym now and thinking of my post workout meal ! As far as gains, of course it’s too early for visuals, but again strength and endurance were enhanced in today’s session. It’s almost hard to make my muscles sore now because they just repair so quickly. @ElectricRocker Lmao, it looks like I don’t even lift? give me a break bro, that’s a joke. I may have high bodyfat but you can CLEARLY see muscle popping out even WITH 30% bodyfat. I’m sorry, but if you ACTUALLY think I look the same , muscle mass wise, as a 150lb kid that doesn’t even lift....scratch that, that’s say you found a kid with the same fat level as me but no muscle because he never lifts. You SERIOUSLY are saying I have that comp? like if you found a 200lb 5’9 guy and just pulled him off the street he would look the same shirtless right? wow. even before the cycle that’s 3-4 months of solid lifting and eating, that’s a fact, and I was pushing hard and lifting 100% , training for strength at the time.
