  1. 12/18 progress pic updates 2-week mark how am i coming along guys ? i’m kinda eating a bit weird. some days i’ll eat lighter like 2000 cals other days i’ll eat 3500 cals , i wanna gain muscle but the fat is being stubborn . should i just cut ona cruise dose after this cycle so i take full advantage of the growth ?

  3. okay just did left delt injection, 1ml, wasnt the greatest . these 25g needles are fucking killing me with how hard i gotta push to get it inside the muscle. this causes alot of pressure and therefore powerful "micro shakes" that i think are the culprit for my PIP. its actually more sore than when i did my bicep. annoying but o well. just feels like someone slugged my delt head on.

I was following a technique on youtube where the guy measured from his knee joint with his pinky, to thumb , where ur thumb is was the spot one question, should I be shooting more from the direct top of the quad or more a bit on the side where the quad starts to curve ? if that’s makes sense .
  5. hehehe, actually not too bad at all! maybe i just got lucky and got it in the best possible spot, honestly it was a bit sore right after the injection from a little shake, but the day after , i expected it to be epically sore like my first quad injection , alas it only felt like a small bruise and was completely extendable and ignorable during daily activities and lifting . i’m a bit nervous tho to try my left bicep as i took a better look at an anatomy chart and it seems a bit impossible to not hit a nerve especially , Delts look nice and safe as far as nerve and vessels so i shall be trying left delt next

UPDATE 12/15 ”baby all i want for christmas, is gainssssssss” notceabke gains are popping up around week 2 . i workout sometimes with my little bro like 2 times a week , he’s an endurance athlete so naturally he’s a bit weaker and has diff goals but he keeps up with me in intensity , and can school me in anything endurance because he’s only 145lbs and the same height as me ANYWAY he commented the other day after a good workout saying how he can notice a change from a week ago (first week of test to 2nd week is what he’s saying) so that was pretty cool . I ask him how i look all the time so it’s not like he hasn’t seen me for a while either as we live together . lots of plans after christmas, can’t wait! the custom hair solution is just starting to work , as already i can notice the short hair areas on my head (my sides are 3mm) are already feeling different and ...stronger maybe ? It’s hard to explain but i felt it only after like my 2nd day. for example whenever i pulled on my hairs on my hairline (like a beanie holdimg my hair back) they had this weak feeling like they were holding on for dear life but they were weak and not thick feeling. That has gone away since starting this product , but it’s really early so i’m not gonna go on record and claim anything yet . but i will be dead honest and comment that I believe i am already beginning to notice positive effect.

I’m just a bit worried about those options not working as well as planned.I just kinda have the feeling i’ll be about half satisfied, wait a bit in denial , then eventually just eat some real sugar . I don’t see much of a problem with a bit of sugar here and there , as long as i’m not getting ready for a show i really don’t see the point in eating 100% clean if it might make it binge and end up worse than before
  8. i’m think i should maybe incorporate some healthier less processed sugars in like honey and some fruits. The problem is fruit is so damn expensive in the winter. On top of this, i’ve noticed slim fast powder works wonders. Now hear me put guys before you start laughing. Yes, it’s mostly chocolate milk. But , looking at the deeper picture it has a good micronutrient profile added, sugar isn’t crazy high , and the KEY is the taste. Where this mix really shines is how extremely sweet and chocolaty it tastes. 1 scoop DESTROYS sugar cravings for a good 4-6 hours and this is a wayyyy better alternative for say, pop tarts. I’m definitely NOT trying to be that rich piano type and eat a pint of ice cream a day to meet my cals and curb cravings I just can’t fully commit to a perfect diet right now as well because i think i need like, a shorter time-frame goal to have more pressure to keep it perfect, like a show or something. I’m gonna see if anything is comping up in the next 6 months or so, or so you guys think i’m kinda dreaming here and there’s no way i can be conditioned in that time?

Of course that would have been optimal but it’s a problem for 2 reasons 1- I simply can’t eat that way for too long or i start getting epic cravings and it just leads to an inconsistent diet for me and binging. 2- If i only “eat clean” i’m struggling to have the appetite to be able to eat over 2k calories of clean foods. 2k cals of rice , chicken, and veggies is a LOT of volume to eat but for sure healthier in many ways.. just not what works better for me . I tried that style of eating and within a week I fail every time because I start to get cranky due to lack of sugar.
  10. now that i look at the pictures , i may be holding some water weight for sure as my waist is much slimmer for a fact but in the pics it appears my upper body has a bit less definition and cuts than in the before pic. trust me this is not the case besides water weight changes. i’m nothing but bigger , been really tame with the calories , not getting a bunch over 2200 if i had to guess. Not to mention my weight going down while strength is better than ever. weight loss is slow , stable and steady and no urges for garbage cheat days due to my nice balance of dirty/clean foods. for instance after the gym i had chicken and chocolate chip pop tarts lmao. that’s my only treat for the day tho.

UPDATE 12/14 #2 inj 250mg aka 1ml into right bicep. decided to expand my site selection . it was hard to locate my veins due to my bodyfat but with a pump in the gym today i spotted them so i knew where to avoid and used a sharpie to get a general area, worked perfectly no blood. I kinda half flexed a lil bit and the needle (1inch) touched a nerve or something lol felt like a weak funny bone hit but inside my arm. UPDATE !!!! 12/14 https://ibb.co/ZXgq2NW (10 days on Test C) compared to- https://ibb.co/C9Tqpbb (STARTING POINT 12/4) currently down to 195lbs right now , definitely down some bodyfat a bit but also looks like i’m getting a bit of size as well. Very pleased so far with not even 2 weeks of progress. I think I already look noticeably different and improved , what say ye? not too shabby for test only results in the amount of time. side notes (literally) - epic headaches on and off last couple days , dunno if this is because the nolva or letro or what . just pressure right below my ears at the back of my skull , nothing a little bud can’t help manage..but I did end up taking some ibuprofen as well, not gonna do that on regular basis tho as i’m on accutane 30mg EOD now . @CapeBretonDadBod @Corey5150 @ElectricRocker
  13. Thanks, i’m fairly certain no one else on any forum has ever logged an AIO hair product such as this while also tracking the gear doses, if they have it’s been low quality posts with no detail. I’m thinking this might bring a good bit of traffic to our community as well due to google hits as many many people , esepcially bodybuilders are googling hairloss remedies every day
  14. small mini update - 12/14 First beta test notes for “the big 4” - spiro smells like farts / sulfur -RU will replace spiro ASAP in the mix due to smell problems, as well as efficiency. -am going to now use the new topical for the first time this morning . Skin is a little dry on my beard area and moustache area because i’ve been putting it on my face as well but since this mix has spiro in it which thins facial hair , it’s only gonna be used on the scalp. i’ll use regular minoxidil and ketoconazole on the beard still.
  15. 12/13 off day today I just mixed up an epic hairloss treatment solution , custom . I might actually release this mix as a product, but for now it’s personal use only. Might make a small batch of 25 bottles and see how it goes . It is an amazing topical I have dubbed “The Big 4” contains : -Minoxidil 10% -Ketoconazole 2% -RU-55841 or Spiro 5% -Finasteride %0.3 -(Spiro is currently being used, but beta testing with RU is underway. excluding it for now as it’s long term effects have no been studied nearly as well as spiros, if at all.) gonna use it for the first time tonight and stop using regular ol rogaine / minoxidil

Ok, Pre workout I will usually have like 1 cup oats thats fruit flavored so about 20g sugar too, some skim milk, thats about it, if I have it prepped Ill also eat 2oz chicken just for a better macro ratio for the meal. Post, I am now having a white rice 1cup, breaded chicken maybe 6oz, 2 cups skim milk, 0.5 fruit flavored oatmeal- thats about it, i just eat that 3x post workout. I may have a poptart (just 1) at the end of the day but thats my only junk i eat to stay solid the whole rest of the time. intra i dont do anything, am i goofing there?
  17. I considered this as well. That the super heavy weight might not be as efficient as just doing more reps due to me being on the 500mg test and my muscles being super reactive to basically any stimulus regardless of going super intense or not. So hard to decide on differing opinions, thats why I usually "bastardize" programs and just mix the advice 50/50 lmao...i may just be retarded for that tho and getting 50% efficiency out of both programs

  20. so for example, I should go higher intensity, lower reps like 2 sets of 8 reps , then maybe 1 set 15 reps in the end/start of each lift , with lower weight just to mix in a bit more activation time under tension? Would this be the most effective approach or am I still misunderstanding? This routine was feeling really good for a couple weeks but now i feel like i’ve maybe outgrown it a bit and I don’t get as much stimulation as when i was natty like it isn’t as challenging . i’ll think of some changes

UPDATE 12/12 MIDNIGHT big announcement before log updates- Ive began filming a series of myself for my channel youtube.com/eightyeight14, titled Xtreme Super 90-Day Transformation This is going to be a half entertainment/bodybuilding documentary-type of film. Okay so i already made an update about the oily skin effect after like day 3, but now it seems enough time has passed for the oil to set in and now im beginning to get some painful red acne bumps that just look fucking shit. Like you look like a fucking 14 yr old with this shit. This is even after ive been really good with washing my face and using anti bacterial soap for my body. the soap worked as i have zero body acne, but my face got fucking rekt as expected. looks exactly like it did back in high school. just oily skin with small bumps around my upper cheeks and forehead and nose, with a small cystic acne bump here and there to top it off to really look like ass. I tried to keep this skincare on cycle all natty for health but fuck this, at this rate by week 6 my skin is gonna be ruined and ill have scars, serious. it took years for my scars to fade from sophmore year in HS SO as always im bringing out the big guns. as usual if u want something done right you gotta use the serious shit as ive tried about every single OTC acne product possible and ACCUTANE has shit on them. I used accutane by myself with no doc for 2 small cycles, each time cut short but the results at the time were amzing. First all your acne goes in the first month, then the 2nd month all your pores shrink and your skin starts to look almost baby like as long as its moist. I am the master at controlling the dry sides aswell. so ACCUTANE starting at 30mg per day tonight. prob for 6 months or so for a full cycle. never got liver values checked on it the other times but i didnt die so YOLO ... you guys will prob hate including this because the nature of the drug but honestly ive found i get no sides besides dry lips/corners of face, slightly dry eyes but nothing bad, and dry joints (this will suck with low estrogen already creating clickish joints). last side is amazing skin that is picture perfection that no mere natural can obtain. you also can go longer periods of time without getting showers but your face and hair still wont be greasy after like 2 days
  23. okay ill change a few things and try to go through each point you made , As for training - As I thought, I knew I could be training harder but fell victim to those claiming max hypertrophy is with a bunch of reps with moderate weight. So you are saying I should raise intensity, meaning lowering the number of reps per set by increasing the weight so i try harder? Or intensity as in more reps and get more pump going with dropsets and stuff? diet - This for sure needs work, its half assed right now ill admit..i mean atleast im not binging and eating trash, but my accuracy of my number of cals and micro nutrients is completely unnown since i dont track and weigh each meal, which I will start doing next week when I get some tupperware and a kitchen scale..just had to drop money on various supplies for homebrew and support raws and spent a good deal on supplies so i cant fix this in 1 afternoon trip to walmart like i would like. shit, these supplies cost more than our compounds by FAR. my supplemets as to why I take them- Well cOQ-10 I heard was good for tren and just heart health on any steroids. Fish oil has many supposed mechanisms that it can help but mianly I take this for heart health on cycle aswell Elderberry- Its a powerful antioxidant, fights bacteria, heart health, has cancer inhibiting properties, and anti depressant properties. Super cinnamon - the cinnimon supports a healthy blood sugar, biotin for hair health, honestly dunno what the chromium does And the Ashgwanda and l-theanine is a anxiety/mood stack. Blood pressure is in check now , not worried about it now after doc visit and medication adjustment. I was mostly prob just overthinking it and causing it to raise myself, creating a vicisous cycle.

I just have a few follow up questions for him but am feeling a bit shitty asking for free help from a pro coach. Totally understand if he censors the advice a bit since it’s just out of kindness, I’m gonna shoot him a PM for sure as I could for sure tighten up many loose ends.

Okay back from the doctors . i mentioned talmisartan, he seemed reluctant because there was very little history of that being prescribed and was uncommon compared to a lot of the regular lines of defense. He talked with his colleague and returned saying he did not believe I had hypertension sufficient for those type of medicines and that he thought the high blood pressure was just a side effect from some anxiety . ( i have problems with anxiety here and there, as in daily small amounts that can change to high amounts under stress) so i got a different extended release beta blocker to replace the IR propranolol it’s really cheap to fill as well, so i’m pretty pleased! im kinda bummed because i think tren is not possible for me to run
